Midnight Madness added a stick shift class so I entered the mustang. This track was on my bucket list. Facing the hill is an awesome experience was great to be back!

Took two things away from this vid. 1. Molly is really getting that trans under control. 2. Billy has learned a bunch from his old man at being a good coach. Let the driver know what's happening, and let them make mistakes, and let them figure out what they need to do. The whole thing is a learnign process....and that process is FUN.

It looks like you're getting better at launching/driving the car, good to see that. You definitely did well to hang with that turbo TA, damn near had a holeshot win.

Yes...y'all put a line lock on it with a stick mounted button or a shifter ball with a button. You'll be able do better burnouts plus you can stage the car like pro stockers do to take all the slack out of the drivetrain.... touch the brake pedal to stop the car then hold the line lock button. Release the brake pedal and ease out on the clutch to stage. This loads the trans and rear end with no slack in the gears and you'll be less likely to break at launch. You just gotta remember to release the line lock button when you release the clutch. Plus when you drive on the street and if you have to stop on a hill, you can set the line lock to hold the car and have your right foot on the throttle. When it's time to go, ease out on the clutch, release the line lock and pull off with out rolling backwards at all. My line lock sets the low side rev limiter for burnouts and launching with the throttle wide open. Good luck and I really like your Mustang!!

I think she did great, not many girls in this sport have what it takes. She’s got grit. I think it’s about time for Billy to throw a turbo or two on the stang, I think she’s ready. Maybe auto unless determined to stay with the stick, stick shift racing takes more skill, and a little different spooling the turbos.

Hi Molly , This is my first post.. I’ve been keeping a eye open on your feeds, pretty Impressive work you put into this, you have the Spirit & Knowledge & the know-how’s on the game. To drive a stick you need too know the stick, drive it like a man not like a woman. I agree Wht the other person said ( line-lock ) bring up the rev’s an come out in 3rd to heat up them slicks . Learn how too power shift ( you had him) I also don’t know Wht gears you have but I would bring them up a gear or two. I also know you can trick that Trans to shift without a clutch but depressing the Pedal helps . You been though a lot and there’s so much more too learn . Keep up the fantastic job👍

Molly great job & video! You left on him like a pro! Glad you are getting some seat time! I noticed the 2nd gear as well, what I use to do when teaching stick shift drivers was to go to a street and practice going through the gears that they were having issues with. I am sure you are looking at getting a line lock as well. Great to see you & the Crue working together to get you ready to stage! Keep up the great job you are doing! Keep having fun & enjoy most of all! ✌

Hell yea molly that was a damn great pass!!!! You chopped that tree down, shifted like a pro and layed down a smooth pass!!! Its hard to read rpm’s from a video but if you had a little more revs to turn between shifting I believe you’d have won that race. Bravo keep it up you get way better every pass

I’ve had face plated tremec transmissions before if you can keep the rpms up they shift a lot smoother but you starting to get the hang of it though

I started watching this channel a few days ago when I was sick in bed. Yes she is. Pretty girl driving a race car. A nice GT, soft spot for the Mustang but what liked most is that she is focused yet experiencing life with her family! Driving, working, fling, hunting, good boyfriend looking out for her yet letting her live. Good family values as far as I can see. Probable decent Christian family values especially in a secular world! Keep it up.

Good job get yourself some type of hand brake like a drift car if your gonna keep running the stick shift. He didn't have allot on you and it's awesome to see your stuff with Billy's. You guys make a good couple. He's a lucky man
