I mentioned before about the Carbon fiber molds and making these and selling the shells, You can also make the shells out of fiberglass in a mold and sell them. Might be a good business for you to start.

I think glass fiber is the better option for this. But maybe still not cheap enough for people to buy it.

Congrats man, these really turned out awesome. I must say though that I prefer the foot pegs of the electric a bit more (they remind me a bit of the Beetle running boards), also the 'wheel well' cover on the electrical seems safer to me just because I can't stop thinking about getting my foot stuck in the chain of the 'blue' one. I can't wait to see your next project and to see Samcrac's Figaro completed.

You should put a vinyl sticker that says (The Electric Bug-A-Boo) on both sides. It's nice, But like you, I also like the Blue one. My wife likes the electric one. But you did a great job on both of them!!! 👍👍👍

Maybe scout out some bigger fenders off of old pickup trucks? On some models you could use the ones from the back as well and put a bigger scooter under them.

The engine wasn't really the problem with the bike......it was your frame design. I you hadn't put the seat behind the rear wheel it wouldn't want to 'buck' so much. I am confident that you can FIX this problem....at least on future bikes. They are really cute bikes.

Take a piece of metal and divide the case of the turn signal into sections and put in an LED turn signal on each side of the divider. That's how you can have left and right turn signals with one single unit.

It would be way better with a lithium pack build for it. hehe 52v 21AH would definitly fit. I have 48v 21AH on my fatbike run like a charm. NICE bike anyway.

Hey Zack I just want to tell you if you want to get your white wall tires back to white again you can use Spray 9 It's used for cleaning cars but will be amazing

We used to use Bleche-White tire cleaner for whitewalls at out used car lot, and it worked great.

i just wanna say if you put a 125cc 4-speed engine on it; then at first speed even at full throttle, you won't be able to wreck it... but that's also if it'll fit in that mini bike.

I would put on some sissy bars this is a bar that sticks out the back and when it pops up the bar with a wheel on the end keeps the bike from poppin up!

It's like the center of balance is off. If the seat was farther forward and the bars were as well the balance would be better. Also a smaller sprocket on the rear would reduce the torque, but raise the top speed too

...but then the frame wouldn't fit inside Beetle wings - I agree the rider weight is set too far back but its inevitable in the design which is awesome.

it is so hard to drive because you sit above/behind the rear wheel. not enough pressure on the front. i do like the bikes.

What would be cool is to add a little motor to the electric and run it in electric when it runs down switch to motor and recharge it then switch it back to electric!

Can you build another one but with a more of a meaty engine eg a 600cc bike engine that will get peoples attention 😮. A 600cc bike engine is small and they have the gearboxes built in

You should have stretched the frame with the bigger engine in that could fix your problem..

There were multiple ways I could have gone about the problem. But the best, fastest and cheapest option is a new motor.
