I went to Alexian hospital to apply for an EKG job and the personal lady told me the CNA jobs were on the other side of the wall. When I told her I was a EKG technician she looked at me. Then asked me what school I went to and she preferred a better college . The Asian people wouldn't give me chance either .They like to hirer there own people.

You know what, I can't with that interviewer. She would've left work that day with three shoes, 2 on her feet and one where the sun doesn't shine. Unfortunately, this is our reality sometimes. Very sad. We all deserve a chance to show our skills and knowledge. I'm in the medical field and have tattoos. One interviewer actually asked me if I was in a gang! I got up and walked out without saying a word. Treat everyone as equal. Everyone has their own struggles and deserve equality.
