It came to my attention at mass today about the scourging that if the Jews had been punishing Jesus only 40 less one stokes would have been allowed (like St Paul in the epistle today) but because the Jews sent Jesus to the Romans - a considerable amount more than the allowance prescribed in deutronomy... God's super abundant love for us 😍🙏

I have been trying to do mental prayer for sometime. It’s actually not easy. I have to stop multiple times sometimes so stop trying for weeks to come back. Hopefully I can learn how to do it properly. I will check for you instructions hello thank you very much.

Father, would it be a good source of meditations, to have the stations of The Way of The Cross, and the sufferings, therein, of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, for the subject of our mental prayer, especially during Lent? "Who cares if the icecaps are retreating 10mm a year" this is a gross underestimation. Antarctica is losing 150 billion tons of mass per year. Greenland is losing 270 billion tons of mass per year. Stop politicizing climate change, especially in a video about Catholic meditation... Give me a break.
