I took up mental prayer quite recently, and I'd always say to the Lord "Forgive me Lord, as I don't really know how to do this, but please bear with me"; despite having watched a good few videos on the topic I was still none the wiser. Until I came across your videos Father, that I now feel more confident to do it, and it makes more sense to me now. The Lord probably directed me to you so I'd learn how to do it. Thank you!

Father thank you so much for this I watched both your videos on meditation I’ve been trying to practice it I think it’s been about eight years but I always read a book for us or something in a book a spiritual book or the Bible closed my eyes invited to talk to Jesus it was not very formal but then I just sat in my chair and just had a chat with him about what I read and all the things in my life but now I am doing more resolutions and petitions in the way that you suggested. I don’t find enough peace and joy in my life I’m not sure why as I pray every day go to mass all the time but there’s something that’s not rightEven with confession regularly I have too much fear in my life working on that

Pope Benedict XIV, grants an indulgence of seven years and seven times forty days, every time, to all those who, in a church or elsewhere, either in public or in private, shall teach the manner in making mental prayer, as well as to those who attend such instruction, provided that each time, being truly penitent, they confess their sins and receive Holy Communion. To those who shall teach assiduously the way to make mental prayer, as well as to those who shall, with the same assiduity, learn how to make it, the same Pope grants a penary indulgence once a month, on any day, when, being truly penitent, after confession and Communion, they shall pray for the peace and union among Christian princes, for the extirpation of heresy, and for the triumpgh of the Church. These indulgences are applicable to the souls in Purgatory.
