There isn't a 'best' Sqn. They're all highly trained and capable of delivering the best air power and support possible.

Are the skills you learn at a TLC in a place such as Bramley be the same set of skills you would then learn in the RAF?

im 33 and wanted to learn how to fly will this be possible? also the reserve get the exact same training as the rest of the RAF?

I assume you've already researched your answer, but I'll comment it here anyway. The RAF does not have any reservist pilots, all pilots in the RAF are regulars. Also, the upper age limit for applying to be a pilot with the RAF is 25 years of age. If you want to learn to fly, you'll have to do it privately out of your own pocket, and wouldn't be able to fly in the Royal Air Force.
