Just picked two pairs of these up today in black for $75 a pop. One for work, one for casual. Based on the cushion, they fit just like free rn 2018 and free run trails and lupinek flyknits, the latter two have the exact same cushion. Put em on as soon as I got to the lot and kept working (trucker). Good shoe.

Are they as comfortable as the gen 1 Nike special field boots and are they also as light
@Big_Raf_TV6 жыл бұрын
They're pretty comfortable, but I wouldn't necessarily say they're super light.
@seff23186 жыл бұрын
Adrian Ramos, I’ll give you a somewhat thorough review of my experience with them so far but to answer your question; the added cushion makes them more supple than the gen 1 and feel a bit more luxurious imo. Once you get your feet in them and walk around you’ll notice how nice they cradle your foot in a way that lets your feet feel more free but also stable and bouncy/cushiony at the same time. Definitely more comfortable to run/ruck in. Super easy to get on and off when you’re in a hurry, has a nice sturdy nylon pull loop in the back. The tread pattern has also changed, more aggressive in the heel, you’ll notice it especially going down hill. Also the nike tabs on the two middle eyelets are metal and meant to lock the laces on the the top of the foot and seat your heel in better (works really well) it’s a similar feature that my garmont t8 boots have, which adds to the comfort and wearability. They feel and look more well made than the gen 1 but I still love my gen 1 boots. The gen 1’s are lighter but only by a small amount, hardly noticeable. I like both boots equally but for different reasons, they bring their own unique but desirable elements to the wearing experience and design scheme. If you’re deciding which one to go with, hands down go with the gen 2 for the added comfort and quality.

To me, no, especially after you break them in. The beautiful thing is though, you can order them from Nike and try them on, and if they don't fit right, return em and get the better size.
