Rafting on the Hovercraft Christy 5143 FC (along the Losevsky rapids)
The sea trials of the hovercraft CHRISTY-5143 were carried out under the complex hydrological conditions in the water area of the Vuoksa River.
The tests were carried out at the request of the customers to check the vessel's handling, its stability, load capacity, maneuverability and stability. Under the guidance of experienced pilots of the company, the hovercraft fully confirmed the declared characteristics.
It demonstrated an exceptional driving performance on a water surface with high waves which were exceeding the allowed wave height and flow velocity for a vessel of this project used in a constrained water area with a complex bottom relief characteristic of river rapids.
The customers highly appreciated the operational characteristics of the hovercraft and recognized the possibility of its operation on the rivers of Siberia.
The material is presented to familiarize with the capabilities of the vessel, driven by an experienced pilot,to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo in extreme situations.
