They played a show two years ago at West Palm Beach Florida. And I didn’t want to miss that at all, because it was the closest that I was going to get just seeing three of the four members of rage. I don’t want that one day to come where one of the members passes, and the reunion becomes inevitable

I was born in 94, only 29 years old. I learned this song as maybe a 11 or 12 year old playing guitar hero. It was well into my adult life when I learned this song was a direct response to the Rodney King beating. It was then I did more research about RATM and learned what they stood for. As a black man in America I will forever be a fan, this band is awesome.

Just watched that documentary on Woodstock 99. And I mean with a line up like they had (Kid Rock, Korn, Limp Bizkit, DMX, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, Godsmack) how could you think/expect that a crowd attendance of approximately 400,000 attendees would act peaceful & civil. Man the 90's were the last great Decade of true American Freedom ...

Yet we have death metal festivals, with bands singing about slaughters and massacres... Other metal festivals with hard bands thrown in, yet no one ends up dieing, molested, r*ped, or anything set on fire. No one can justify the barbarians at Woodstock 99. Instead of going home they pitched fits and used any advantage they could to tear the place to pieces. Then, blame the bands. Because Limp Bizkit sang Break Stuff? 😂 Cannibal Corpse is singing Hammer Smashed Face...etc, Everyone headbangs then goes home.
@sendnoodles5437

Extreme metal concerts are some of the most peaceful crowds I’ve ever seen - this one was doomed by sociopathic organisers and jfull of degenerate frat boys who thought they could get away with raping and pillaging, and I suppose they did. I doubt the music had much to do with that, in fact would have been worse if the music was boring
