In my opinion this is a really good old style Western with a great cast and I really don't know why I simply don't like Randolph Scott!? John Wayne and other actors are more my kind of taste. Nevertheless is this a good movie and I thank for uploading and sharing.
@Chr.U.Cas16224 жыл бұрын
Dear@Chris Duke Seems that the same happens/happened to me?! Wikipedia says that R. Scott retired as an extremely wealthy person and did no more movies etc.p.p.. My respect for that behavior cause a lot of so called stars try to be a celebrities till they close their eyes. Often without doing themselves any good with that behavior. Maybe he wouldn't want anybody to see him getting old and weak!? Maybe he wanted to enjoy the rest of his life with his wife and without stress? And maybe I simply didn't like him because of his face (small lips and looking a kind of unsympathetic/nasty)? I really don't know how to explain my former antipathy. As always this is only my personal kind of taste. Best regards luck and health.
@kimberlypatton94524 жыл бұрын
@@Chr.U.Cas1622 You felt as you felt...most folks just close doors and never are willing to give anything another chance....kind of like how I can eat,and like, most everything except watermelon and melons..I endured the worst teasing and focus from my family and dad all thru growing up too.But still..every year , in Summer, I still try a bite to male sure I still don't care for it...the thing is you haven't shut that door, and I give you all the credit for that.(And BTW- I discovered a previous dislike as a child for cucumbers that became a real love as an adult by trying out regularly to taste- that's where I got my lesson from!)Our minds and likes/ dislikes are constantly evolving and changing..too bad some folks limit themselves so much..they miss out on a lot.
@Chr.U.Cas16224 жыл бұрын
Dear@@kimberlypatton9452 Thanks for the compliment 😳. Yes, you are absolutely right, Madame! Although it's not so easy all the time it definitely is extremely important to be/stay open minded. It allows us to learn until the day we leave this world. Unfortunately 90% of the world population are not able to do so or simply don't want to learn. Sigh. that's a pity and a shame cause our world isn't able to withstand this any longer. 2) I also thank you for your very interesting intelligent answer. It's kind of funny too because I simply looove water melons. Have you ever tried a warm ripe one fresh from the field? I was really flabbergasted by the flavors many... sigh... too many years ago in Italy (although those melons taste good out of the refrigerator too). Please kindly allow me to ask if you disike other sorts of melons also? 2) I like cucumbers BUT I stopped eating them because a wise Thai woman said to me once that cucumbers are able to aggravate rheumatism and gout. Even if I don't have such diseases yet it is obviously in my genes. Believe it or not: Not eating cucumbers helped to feel a lot better on the joints of my fingers etc.p.p.. Unfortunately they are low calorie food (like water melons the content is mostly water) and would help not to gain more weight but c'est la vie! Better a bit more belly fat than stiff joints (in my opinion). 3) I absolutely cannot eat fish. As you I really tried all different sorts. But even the little cheeks of a cooked fresh sweat water trout makes me choke and vomit (although everybody says that those little pieces of white flesh taste less fishy than anything else from all fishes in the world). I'm even able to catch and process fish but simply not to eat fish. 4) A wise Austrian woman said once what she learned: You simply don't like to eat what your body doesn't need! Maybe that is true and that's why a lot of children don't like spinach (tastes like iron/rust to me). I like the short boiled leaves but not the chopped and cooked version. I also totally dislike beetroot. Tastes to me as if eating topsoil. On the contrary I love all other sorts of root vegetables. I would love to hear from you again. Thanks in advance. Best regards luck and health.
