A deathmatch between the Empress of Flame and King of Explosions.
Note:
- Both Monsters have lowered HP (proportionally to maintain fairness/ keep fight length reasonable).
- All other stats are all based on default values provided by Capcom
- We also take no responsibility for any unusual A.I behaviour, as these are variables we cannot adjust.
- These fights are not to be taken seriously and are not based on Monster Hunter Lore, I simply make them for people to watch and enjoy.
Monster Hunter World is a large scale game released in early 2018 allowing players to hunt large wyverns and other amazing monsters. It was followed by the latest instalment Monster Hunter Rise which is due an massive expansion known as Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak very similar to Monster Hunter World Iceborne; both of which introduced Master Rank the equivalent of G Rank in older titles such as Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite.

I'm happy to see my mod recommendation paid off and allowed for Raging Brachydios to be implemented into normal fight settings outside the Guiding Lands! Now we really need to see him go all-out against his main explosive angry rival Variant in the game, Seething Bazelgeuse! I wanna see which of these 2 is truly the angriest and most explosive Variant!

It’s so nice to finally see phase 2 Brachy’s big explosion finally do something. Usually it hits phase 2 and starts getting its ass kicked because it’s easier to knock over, licks its fists constantly, and doesn’t explode.

@@MonsterSlayerSquad it definitely would be cool if Brachy’s phase transition was given damage, sort of like what you pulled off for Escaton. It’s really weird that it doesn’t hurt the players in the fight tbh, it’s obviously a Big Event and sure damages the environment…

Great fight! First of all, congratulations for being able to have Raging’s mechanics to work outside of the Guiding Lands and second, 13:19 has got to be one of the most satisfying and most badass moments I’ve seen from this channel in a while.

Brachydios AI is horrible.. Its priorities are like: Floor > Lunastra But I know it's hard to make Brachy's mechanics work in the arena, so thanks for bringing him to a battle, the effort is appreciated!!

Was an interesting fight, seeing the damage from the beginning of the video i didn't thought Luna would put that much of a fight, but i was wrong, it could have gone either way, though i don't think with these stats Brach could win against Seething, both Rajangs and Savage

brach has more capability to knock down or stun luna but the close range nature of it means its always in lunas dots and took a fair chunk of damage still raging brach is a tanky boi so its no surprise he can handle an elder dragon

Most Variants were meant to be on par with elders right? At least when talking about non elder flagships and the upper mid tier monsters

@@mannyms6678 Yes, variants like Raging Brachydios have fought elder dragons and survived. Which leads them to evolve beyond their normal state. Gold Rathian, Silver Ratholos, Lucent Nargacuga, fall into elder dragon tier power

If Brachy did half as much fighting as he did just standing there shaking and licking his arms, he'd have gotten more damage out... Which I question why he does this. When I've fought him, he does the head-into-floor attack three times, not just once, he's relentless with the running-swipe-punch and does the sideways evading jump like, ALL the time. Here, he just wants to shake and lick his arms while Lunastra burns him...? Weird....

Lore wise, i think that Raging Brachydios has the upper hand. He's bigger,heavier,stronger and his explosion are more dangereous.

Lorewise, against either Lunastra or Teostra, Raging Brachy can handle it. But both Lunastra & Teostra together as a team against Raging Brachy? Yeah, it's just too much to handle, unless you're a absolute powerhouse like Akantor.
