Great sounding loco, love the startup sequence. The potential is endless now, with the rail pro you can bring all the older locos new life on the Luckey Ranch. Can’t wait to see you get a lash up dialed in. Great work. 🚂👍😎

So are you liking the Railpro system? I want to do a Sunset 2-8-8-2 steamer for deadrail. Do you recommend a 14.8V battery?

Hello Robert. I love the railpro system. I now have 7 engines converted. As far as battery goes, it depends on what scale you want to install it in. I run 3 rail o scale so I use 11.1v for single motor engines and 14.8v for duel motors.

I just got a Railpro system today to install deadrail in an O scale loco. Try it out.

So the Rail Ring kit wouldn't be a good idea? Is it right that all is needed is the remote, modual,and battery? No need for the PWR 56 power supply? This is amazing

Yes the 14.8 battery works great. Railpro is a great controller.
