Rain Bird 70 Impact Sprinkler

Күн бұрынA vintage No. 70 1 inch female NPT early model full circle impact sprinkler from around circa 1940's to 1950's. It's a slower turner with a 5/32" drive nozzle with built-in stream break-up pin and 7/32" range nozzle running at around 46 PSI, about 18 GPM.

Yes it can sure produce a strong stream and reach a good distance!

has the best of both worlds. a nice drive nozzle with stream breakup to help fill in close to the impact and a range nozzle to get out far. kinda like a golf course impact.

Yes has a very nice coverage, ideal for golf course or turf farm.

@@photocontrol it’s funny you say turf farm. There’s a place in Middlebury that has a field of grass that they use a traveler with a p200 to irrigate it. Then a sod farm in Michigan has pivots with FR guns and either f44 impacts or rotators down the pipe

Just picked one of these bad boys up today on eBay. Needs cleaned out as it has insect nests in the nozzles but that’s easy. Just get a hose and a small screwdriver to break loose all the debris and rinse it out

The flow rate is about 18 GPM using a 5/32" and 7/32 nozzles.
