I got to see Nightwish live recently and the main reason I went was to experience this song live first hand. Their whole show was amazing and if you ever get the chance to go see them, I'd highly recommend it.

Thanks for introducing more friends to Nightwish with the wonderful Floor singing but please don't stop of her singing especially in the middle of a note !! Be aware that the album version of this song will feature the first singer Tarja who is operatic and doesn't have the variety of techniques plus you don't get the ending which was added by Floor.

She sings an artist song, or one they love to them... and kills it. Shallow, phantom of the opera, Shallow, all on the show. Floor can basically sing any genre se chooses. Or mix them at will. OK. You have been been on my radar for a few weeks now, but I subscribed now because of the quality of your co-reactors. Two minor quibbles though. The first is that you have not chosen between a talkthrough reaction and a stop/react/optional rewind/start reaction. Talkthrough is tough because it is all about the mix. I understood most of what you said in the talkthrough, but only about half about what she was saying and a tenth about what he was saying, and I am listening to this on a 10k system. The second is your suggestion that Floor went backstage to catch her breath. This is not the case. She is an extremely trained singer who has been doing this for over half of her life, and the first half of the song is the easiest part for her. As a matter of fact, during the orchestral interlude (a backing track btw) the whole band leaves the visible part of the stage. They have nothing to do in this part and just standing around doing nothing looks stupid. It also allows the smokers in the band a few drags. But on the whole, quite enjoyable!
