Dear Captain Brian, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the opportunity to pursue my Private Pilot License (PPL) under your guidance. Last month, I embarked on this thrilling journey by enrolling in the PPL program, paying in installments. It all began with covering the joining fees, followed by securing the necessary medicals, obtaining my student pilot license, acquiring the required uniform, and obtaining airport access passes, all here in Kenya. I am truly grateful for your support and encouragement throughout this process. Your expertise and guidance have instilled in me a sense of confidence and determination as I progress towards achieving my dream of becoming a licensed pilot. Captain side wiper and linkage arm, is totally incorrect in size. Wiping area way too small. Does not match at all first officer's wiper (correct) dimension. Maintenance crew should of spotted this very obvious mismatch. This is more than silly, but rather incompetence at it's fullest. Parts bin economy at it's worst....
