I can't believe some of the comments. These calves aren't being treated in a cruel way at all. They're LOOSELY tethered so they don't hurt themselves, and when they get big enough you send them out into the pasture where they run and play all they want. Believe it or not most farmers love their animals, I can't tell you how many of the cows I'd play with when I was working on farms. Ya it's sad to see them go but it is what it is. No one wants to see something killed, but it's what it is. They aren't abused, and they are extremely happy because believe me, you know when they're mad or scared.

Nice operation you have there ! ! Getting good use out of the old dairy barn and the stable cleaner makes cleaning up nice , alot nicer than hutches.

I use horse supply carrier for the bottles and it holds 6 of them. Love it, just a thought, always love looking how I can take care of my babies better.

with that large amount of calves have you thought about using your bulk tank to mix the milk replacer? using the agitator to stir

Poor babies, they should be with their mother drinking their milk instead of separated so human can drink their milk. They need their mothers and the milk was intended for them. We need to stop taking what is there. It’s their life, their milk, their babies and their bodies.
