I left Ohio in 2012 to come to clt. On house #2 now. My first house is near Weddington in Monroe (2nd best school district in the state, low taxes n low crime rate). I'm in the palisades now. Bet thing I ever did.

Sooo Palisades didn't make the list? They have a BRAND NEW SCHOOL cost over 100mill to build. Its near Tega Cay, Fort mill n near Carowinds/uptown clt. Very low crime and its YOUNG. Come on bro!

No, Palisades didn’t make the list. I really like the palisades ( it’s it own ecosystem) but it didn’t make the cut.

Like most areas, there are good part of concord that are amazing for families. Highland creek has a Cabarrus side. And cox mill high school is very highly rated

I can’t speak in depth about them all.. but fort mill and Tega cay are surprisingly much more diverse than even I would’ve originally thought
