Sold both my SRTs. Ordered the Dark Horse and an aftermarket supercharger. I'm not against electric. But muscle is more than speed. It's the sound and experience. Y'all enjoy.

I just hate and cringe at people calling anything with more than 2 doors a muscle car. Also, any electric vehicle being called a muscle car is absolutely insane. 2 door and V8 are required for muscle car status.

It’s not about the customers. Every car manufacturer has to start making the switch. Now Dodge didn’t have to go full EV, they couldn’t went hybrid. In the next 20 years there will be no gas vehicles in the streets.

it's not that they don't know their customers, I'm pretty sure most these companies are going electric because multiple states are trying to ban the sales of new gas vehicles by 2035. The EU is doing the same by 2030. I think they're trying to bar a ban but idk if the house ever signed it.

There was no real market for V8s to begin with more people purchase the v6 and V4 vehicles more than they do V8’s if it wasn’t for the V6 chargers and challengers v8 versions wouldn’t exist because they don’t sell enough of them. @@OD_Plays The V-8 Hemi fanbase for all dealership brands can't purchase enough to them year after year to keep them in demand. Regardless of the excuse of they weren't interested in them or they just couldn't afford them the sale figures remained the same conclusion that V-8 Hemi vehicles only make-up a small piece of the automobile market. With how gas prices look in certain states I'd rather have that Inline-6 pack vs a V-8. Yes the V-8 is cooler sounding and has a shit ton more power but, lets be honest i'm going to work and grocery shopping i don't need a hellcat with 707-1,000hp for that trip.

Judging by what I hear on charging infrastructure from America, I'd say wait a few years. Infrastructure is there and it is getting more and more reliable but I'm not going to recommend an ev to anyone until you can pay with cash or at minimum with a credit card at most charging locations. The handling and feel is incredible though.

It was a masterful idea to put that front spoiler up. That way they could have an aerodynamic sloped front hidden as a traditional boxy Charger. The engineering displayed here is amazing. Let’s hope it’s reliable.

When I was a kid,my first Dodge Charger,like a lot of other kids from a certain generation,was the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard,and even knowing what I know now, I still have a great fondness for that hell-raisin' beast. Aside from the black Pontiac Trans-Am,that Hemi Orange Charger was my first automotive love 😍. Just the color of this new Charger on that new design alone ,so evocative of the car of my youth, is giving me all the feels.

Two doors are great, they make the car lighter. But personally I enjoy driving four doors, theres just more space and you have the option of having your family or 4 friends in the car if needed. This car is beautiful.

Most cars like this, will be heavier with 2 doors. Because it's based off a 4-door, the coupes loses the B-Pillar and there will have to be added reinforcement to take side impact That is if Dodge cares about the Crash Test lol.

Even if he gets rid of the push. EVs aren't going anywhere. Yes some manufacturers may stop offering some of their EVs, but the sad reality? Is that we have maybe 70-110 years of oil left. Even if the push for sustainable energy gets pushed back. It will be back sooner then you realize.

Dodge didn’t change game when it came to 4 door muscle cars… Chevy did when they introduced the 1994 Impala. We need to give credit where credit is due.

The 2-door Charger EV is the car that I've been waiting for. I won't drive a 4-door or an SUV. Those type of vehicles are too much of a comprimise. I prefer a stylish car that handles well and being an EV is a major plus.

Dodge really knocked it out the park with this one. The first ever electric muscle car that doesn't look like an electric car. That really says a lot. GM and Ford should take notes. GM shouldn't have killed off the Camaro name and Ford didn't do the mustang justice with the Mach E. Dodge is showing us how it should be done for sure.

THANK YOU DODGE FOR BRINGING THE FOUR DOOR BACK. I’m excited to see this car on the road. But cmon dodge. Put the challenger nameplate back on the 2 door so we have the charger and challenger
