Subtle of vipasana…. 10.42 Start from the top of the head and keep moving down, keep moving down to the tip of the toes and then from tips of the toes to top of the head Keep on moving in both the direction and see that you pass your attention through each and every part of the body feeling different sensations on the way and maintaining perfect equanimity, perfect equanimity with the understating the law of impermanence Anicha , Anicha , Anicha 13.05 Pass your attention through each and every part the body , each and every part of the body See that you don’t neglect any little part of the body pass your attention to each and each part of the body 15.09 Observational sensation that you experience as you move from head to feet and feet to head. Don’t have preference for any particular sensation , no other prejudice against particular sensation don’t give any valuation to the sensations otherwise there is danger of your are generating sankara of craving aversion. You have to come out of this mad habit pattern of no more craving , no more aversion what ever the sensation may be Understanding fully well that every sensation what ever it may be has the same characteristic of arising passing away and arising passing away Anicha , Anicha , Anicha 20.17 Entire physical structure , the entire mental structure and all the resultant vedanace, sensations because of the contact of the tool the sensation that arise because of the contact of mind and matter all these are impermanence , impermanence arising passing away arising passing away Keep on understanding this reality at experience level Keep on strengthening your panya Keep on strengthening your wisdom that law of impermanence Keep on strengthening your equanimity , equanimity equanimity No more craving No more aversion 24.22 Quite possible at times you may feel very solidify, intensify , gross sensations very unpleasant sensation throughout the body or may be on certain part of the body When you come across such unpleasant sensation see that you don’t react with aversion, otherwise you are missing the path of the vipassana You are strengthening your old habit pattern of aversion aversion you have to come out of it strengthen your equanimity Every unpleasant sensation strengthen your equanimity . understanding fully well this unpleasant sensation not eternal not going to last for ever This has got the same characteristic of arising passing away arising passing away , it arises seems to stay for some time but soon or later bound to pass away Bound to pass away 29.19 Quite possible at time you may feel very shuttle vibrations pleasant vibrations free flow of very pleasant vibration throughout the body or only certain parts of the body When ever you come across such experience see that you don’t start generating craving or clinging towards it otherwise you will miss the practice of vipassana Just strengthening your old habit pattern of craving clinging craving clinging You are not coming out of your miseries therefore maintaining equanimity perfect equanimity free from craving free from aversion 33.08 Understand we are practicing vipassana to break the habit pattern habit pattern of generating craving craving and habit pattern of generating aversion aversion The purpose of the practice of vipassana is come out of habit pattern . come out of old habit pattern of craving , aversion. Keep on understanding why we are practicing vipassana Don’t miss the aim of the practicing vipassana 35.12 It is necessary to experience unpleasant sensations to break your habit pattern of generating aversion Only when you experience unpleasant sensation you get a wonderful opportunity to break your habit pattern of generating aversion. When you remain ignorant with every unpleasant sensation you keep on strengthening your habit pattern of generating aversion. You keep on strengthening bondage , you keep on strengthening your miseries Remain in wisdom always remain in wisdom make use of the unpleasant sensation to liberate yourself Liberate yourself from bondage of aversion , hatred aversion hatred 40.50 Every unpleasant sensation is always welcome it is only when you experience unpleasant sensation that you find a way to come out of bondage of aversion Good that you are experiencing unpleasant sensation make use of this unpleasant sensation as a tool to break the habit pattern of generating aversion hatred aversion hatred If you don’t experience unpleasant sensation how can you fight your old habit pattern of aversion Welcome Welcome Every unpleasant sensation is welcome 42.58 If you start hating unpleasant sensation and start craving for the pleasant ones you are far away from your liberation , far away , this was old habit pattern always hating unpleasant sensation always craving and clinging for pleasant This habit pattern you have to break so every time you experience unpleasant sensation make use of it to break the habit of aversion aversion Every time you experience pleasant sensation make use of it to break old habit of craving clinging craving clinging 44.59 Keep on understanding why we are practicing vipassana Keep on understanding how we have to practice vipassana and Keep on practicing vipassana properly Understanding it properly , practicing it properly and you certainly come out of your bondage , you will certainly come out of your bondage , keep working intelligently patiently persistently ardently ardently
