I am from tamilnadu, kothu parotta is one of the best Street foods ever you can find everywhere. Madurai is famous for all kinds of parotta. One day you have to come and taste that all. ❤️

This is located at Malkajigiri.. Here people speak telugu that's why no commentary from behind .... Food is very spicy and for 2 people 1 plate is enough.. Can try once 👍🏻

In Tamilnadu, we use eggs instead of cheese. Since it is a pure veg hotel they are using cheese. 🤷🏼♂️

No cheese is really required. The original veg kothu parota does not have cheese. This ingredient is the offshoot of street vendors treating it like a basic ingredient like salt in our food.

Kottu Originated in the Eastern Province ( in either Batticaloa or Trincomalee ) of Sri Lanka in 1960's or 70's Sri Lankans make Kottu with Rotti , Indians Make it with Parotta

Some places they use chicken curry gravy and put a egg instead of cheese.

@@maheshvaidya4426 no. Here only. Usually they pour chicken gravy or kurma. Instead of cheese they add eggs. If they add eggs it calls egg kothu parotta. If shredded chicken means its chicken kothu parotta.
