The canopy outside Rajkot airport terminal in Gujarat collapsed amid heavy rain on Saturday. The canopy at the passenger pickup and drop area outside the terminal of Rajkot’s Hirasar airport collapsed just a day after a similar incident at Delhi's Terminal 1. Hevey rain and wind velocities will open up any light materials like any kind of sheets. The structure design should replace. High levels of canopies can easily high wind can enter and open up roofs. Air port or any public building's these kind of canopies can be avoided.
