Oh! article 370 is main cause of backwardness then why Bihar become Backward? Article 370 don't exist there.... I always like Rajya Sabha TV, but unfortunately at end it is also Govt. machinery propogating RSS ideology....oh! Salute to great hollow expert. I don't understand how address of PM will solve kashmiri problem except satisfying jingoist mainland if all stakeholders have been arrested. I don't understand how P.M dictator decision is justify if they never ask to public.....Indian Govt. must stop false narrative....

It's more of mainstreaming the political ideologies of common Kashmiri with that of Indian. I think to a great extent it was more of religious sentiment and the special status setup that Pakistan has taken advantage over the period in their policies in destabilising India. The Afghan talk prospects are also not bright for Kashmir front as the taliban-Pak coordinated assault would have only aggravated. It's might be the necessity of the time to tame the current in your favour. No matter what "Nation first". Rights and duties just & practical only in a stable prosperous state.

@@beinghuman9737 in my opinion, when help or support is temporary it serves the purpose but for longer time period it harms. Muft me khane ki aadat pad jaati he. And because of 370, J & K always stayed isolated state. Bihar might be backward but it is not cut off from rest of the country. Most states flourishing without 370 too. I believe openness always provides you better opportunities being individual or being state.
