Barbosa is one of the most likeable comedians I've ever seen. He's got that "it factor." He's hilarious but his delivery is so relaxed that he's completely unique.

Mainly exercise does the trick if you slim down to your height , weight, and age military standards. 1 1/2 mile helps a lot jogging non stop at your pace unless you need to be in the Guinness World record book like Asians omg!
