Long ago, there was a place called Ayodhya that was an important city in a kingdom called Kosala. Many famous kings ruled this city, like Ikshvaku, Prithu, Mandhata, and Ram. Later on, another city called Shravasti became the main city of the kingdom. Some people think that Ayodhya and Saketa are the same place, and that's where Buddha lived for some time.

Very good vdo. Let us all give respect to Rama irrespective of religious segments. Let us not fall prey to the crooked politicians who are wanting to gain mileage by using his name without knowing him fully. Let us not start another era of fundamentalism copying Babur, Aurangjeb and the Christian colonialism. Let us all coexist and love all people so that India becomes great again.

See brother why are you stating the obvious ? It is the same continued civilization from the treta yuga which is called sanatani or at times hindu today . It did not need this identity in that era ( tretayuga etc ) but in kaliyuga there is a reason why adiguru Shankaracharya tried to institutionalise sanatan when he lived . Something he had foreseen isn't it ? I also like Sadhguru but there are other enlightened beings also we must read to get clearer picture . Swami Vivekanand was a rationalist and a liberal in so many people's eyes and even he talks about the hindu identity in great detail on many occasions .

The first reference of Ram is from Valmiki Ramayan In Valmiki Ramayan Ram is referred as Maryada Purshotam which means a dignified and elevated man. He is not projected as God. Was made into a God sometime during the Puranic era that is around 1950---1400. Also all religions are Man made So whether Ram is a God or not is a matter of personal opinion and personal faith

Sadhguru is targeting all the anti bharatiyas, who devides Raam as mere a hindu or even fictional, and explaining to them that what truly being a Bharatiya or Hindu or Sanatani is, Raam is for everyone. Our Sanatana culture is for everyone, its completely different from Dogma based, book based religions. In our culture no one is forced to follow any thing or any one. Yes, Instead of saying Ram never said he was a Hindu or Yoga is not Hindu, he should be saying dharma followed by Ram is applicable to everyone regardless of brith. Yoga can be done by anyone since dharma is applicbale to everyone regardless of birth religion.

@@indianmilitary o.o yeah, he should not try to twist things, this is the main problem with Shaiva Sect. So many things they have twisted like concepts from the Vedas, Ramayana, Mahabharatha & Gita. It just shows they lack intelligence.

One needs to correct Jaggi here. The concept of religion itself is alien to Bharath, religion implies obedience to one true god and one true book. There was no religion during Sri Rama’s time. It was DHARMA, the eternal dharma called SANATANA DHARMA, that was prevalent then and Rama Ji was part and parcel of this Sanatana Dharma. Please don’t try to decouple Sri Rama from Hinduism, a name given by aliens but is another name for Sanatana Dharma. You have or you have tried to decouple yoga from Hinduism and failed miserably. Now don’t do the same with Sri Rama. Yoga and Sr Rama are part and parcel of HINDUISM AKA SANATANA DHARMA. Period.

What sadhguru is saying is dharma is applicable to everyone regardless of birth religion. So, insted of saying Rama never said he was a Hindu or Yoga is not Hindu, he should say dharma is universal.

I respect sadhguru a lot but there are some things i don't understand . He says don't be bitter about something otherwise you will end up doing atrocities ( it is an assumption ) . Shivaji maharaj did have some amount of bitterness i am sure 😂 against the muslim rulers but he never crossed the line when it came to the women of the enemies and the same goes with maharana Pratap . Moreover bitterness or pleasantness may be a choice for a yogi like you but these are just very normal reactions when it comes to normal human beings like us but how we' re able to deal with these different thoughts and emotions is another different matter . But honestly if i give my opinion despite being an absolute nobody😂 i feel if we want proper human behaviour from our people the sanatani religous identity has to be made stronger 💪 than ever before . This has never happened our religious identity has been down played on every platform from education to films everywhere . I feel there's no point in suppressing feelings or emotions only thing is that a balanced human being will deal with that in a balanced way . Moreover , it is this very identity that swami Vivekananda talked about . It is this very identity that was given a proper shape by the most intelligent and learned person of kaliyuga adi guru shankaracharya . Little bit of faith is required in your own culture . There is absolutely no harm in wearing your religious colours with pride . There are good and people everywhere and there are some poor examples in our society also but overall the situation is not so grim that we have to stop expressing ourselves because we may end up commiting atrocities 😂 . Under normal circumstances , the more hindu or sanatani we are the chances of not doing such things is much higher .
