Ramzan / Ramadan or the month of fasting is the time for Muslims to reconnect with Allah, the creator of this universe, be thankful for all the blessings we have in our lives, practice to be the best version of ourselves... and continue this after Ramadan ends. Every living being has a soul (or ruh) without which the body has no life. Ramadan is the time to be intentional to feed this soul (or ruh) and reconnect it with its source (Allah). Muslims around the world look forward to this month.
MASJIDS and ISLAMIC CENTERS
Most mid size cities in North America (USA and Canada) have Islamic Center, which is a masjid and a community center all in one building, basically and a central place for Muslims of that area that is MUCH more than just a place to pray.

1) East Plano Islamic Center

Located in north east of Dallas area. It is one of the newest masjid recently built and surrounded by Muslim homes. In addition to 5 daily prayers, it offers lots of programs for kids, teenagers, men and women. Very active and growing community.
2) Islamic Center of Irving (ICI)

‧Located near the airport, it is one of the oldest Islamic Centers in the Dallas area. It also has an Islamic School as part of the large Center. School is separate from Masjid and includes a full time Hifz (Hifdh) program.
3) Valley Ranch Islamic Center (VRIC)

They have their name listed prominently on the building and I started the video with them. Very active community and imams, welcoming to all new comers to Dallas area.
