Pitalka 😋 Recipe:
500-600 grams all purpose flour
1 egg
300 ml milk
Powdered yeast 5-6 gr
1 medium spoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
First, mix the ingredients for the dough, milk, bread yeast, sugar, egg, oil and salt. Mix well and start adding 500 g flour and gradually add another 100 g flour, mix until the dough is formed. The dough should be medium, not hard. If you need a little more flour, add more, if 500 grams flour is enough, don’t add another 100 grams. (We should get a medium dough). Then form the dough. Then let the dough rest for about 30-35 minutes. Then divide the dough into balls, I got 6 balls. Let them rest for another 10-15 min. After that, we open the balls with our hands, giving them the shape of a pitalka, then with our fingers we press them. Arrange the pitalkas in a floured pan and brush them with oil, salt and rosemary. Bake in a preheated oven, at 250 c for 8-10 min.
