------STUFFED DAHI BADE--------
Ingredients-
For batter:
1 cup Urad dal
1/2 tsp coarsely grounded black pepper( dardari kuti kali mirch)
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tsp Salt
Little water for grinding

For stuffing:
Cashews, dry coconut, melon seeds & raisins.

For soaking-
2 Lt. Water 💧
1/4 tsp hing
1 tsp Salt
.
For Serving :
Beaten Curd
Roasted Cumin powder (bhuna zeera powder)
Red chili powder
Imli chutney

Method-
-Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours. Then grind it with little water. To it add salt, black pepper & hing. Mix well.
-Whisk for 5-10 minutes.
-Prepare water for soaking the bada.
-Place a cotton cloth in a plate, now dip the spoon in water 💦 then take a spoon of batter & place in on the cloth, put some dry fruits & cover it with another spoon of batter. Seal its side wet your hands then carefully lift the bade & fry it in medium hot oil.
-When light golden soak them in water for 1-2 hrs.
-Before plating with light pressure squeeze out the water
-Cover them in beaten curd. Sprinkle salt, cumin powder & red chili powder. And Imli chutney.
