This grinder here is when we call the Rancilio Kryo On Demand grinder. It comes in 3 different configurations one of your semi automatic which is your standard grinder that you turn on to start the grind or turn off it has a dosing chamber. You have an automatic which has the micro-sensors to keep the ground coffee full and as you see here is called an on-demand grinder which has two buttons which can be programmable. To change the program is very simple you press and hold. The time starts to flash and then I can lower or raise the amount of seconds it's going to grind and then lock it very easy to adjust. Once it's set when the micro switch is activated it will dose that amount of time into the portafilter. The grind settings are adjusted right here. Locking mechanism and your grind adjusted right here. There is a little key on the bottom here for larger dots point the direction towards courser grind the smaller dots point towards a finer grind. Locking mechanism locks it in. This is just a cover to cover up the adjustment just switch from double to single is simply a press of the button, very simple.
