I opened everything, cleaned and carefully assembled back my grinder but it's not grinding any coffee now, I can hear the sound of the burrs but no grounds coming out. I tried to play with the adjustment collar but that too didn't yield.

Hi Kat & Brandon - good video. I use shish-kabob skewers to clean my Rocky. The softer wood - instead of steel-on-steel (as with the screwdriver) - just feels 'better'. The fine point on the skewer also allows for cleaning tight spots more effectively. I also do this every time after a grind - scoop the residual coffee out of inside chute, which prevents that little bit going stale (which happens quickly) and affecting the freshness of the next grind. Easy for me though; home use only!

great video thnx. what about the OD version? after unscrewing the little orange dialing knob I cannot remove the plastic housing of it. As a result I cannot unscrew/remove the burrs all the way as they stuck on the plastic housing.. any help?

Andy Fisher hi yes I did actually. It’s a bit weird how it’s installed and screwed the whole part. Sometimes when you unscrew it comes out the whole piece as in the video and sometimes just the little orange knob. It worked for me after screwing it back all the way and then unscrewing again. On the third or fourth time / effort it came out the whole piece just as in the video. Hope this helps.
