In la, and other counties in other cities, police are given 'districts' where crime is above a certain threshold and the area is known to be anti-police. There are literal streets where if an officer is even SEEN they will be murdered on the street and ain't shit gonna happen cuz the whole hood is one massive gang. They are told to either not respond or to take their time. Sometimes it's a matter of how often the occurrence is might dictate the response.

I'll never forget this..I was living in Birmingham Al and Mark Henry was doing his rehab for acl surgery I believe at the time. This is around 2005. At the time I'm 6'3 255. Mark is 6'1 and every bit of 400lbs. This random guy 5'4 150lbs tried to pick a fight with Mark while he was sitting down. It was fight night so Mark got in the ring and said he has 5k cash for the guy who approached him if he could last a minute. The guy never got in the ring 😂

And I said to him “you gotta be scary when you are out and about.” And he laughed at me and was like “NOOoOooOOooooOooOoOo, I Don’t even go out and about.” And I looked at his large frame and was like “WTF?!?! Why???” He looked me dead in the eyes and said “Where I come from. If you are big, you BETTER be Good. Or some guy half your size will beat the living hell out of you so he can look tough infront of everyone. Every small guy is looking for a giant to slay. So they can feel like a giant. After enough times I just started staying home.” It completely blew my mind. Size really isn’t everything.

You can tell someone's power, by there maturity. The guy is looking for a fight, and had he made a move, im sure Erick would have fought back. But until that time, its all bolstering. Erick did the right thing, the smart thing, and ignored him. Same thing used to happen to Andre, only he was not as calm minded (and was usually a few bottles in lol).

Playing Football every week as a kid, absolutely zero people ever started on the hardest kid in the team. Not because he didn't play aggressive or didn't have shit to talk, but because he was 5"4. Lad was a regional boxing champion and went on to serve in the military. Huge kid that was 6"2 100kg at 14 years old... yeah, someone tried to fight him every week. He was a gentle giant at heart. Do with that what you will.

Erick Rowan vs Roman Reigns was the main event of WWE’s Australia tour in 2019 after he broke away from Bryan, and they honestly brought the house down. Totally underrated. Looks like a monster in person too!
