My scratch is white when dry so it's clearly under the paint but disappears when wet, how you explain that?

If it disappears when wet then it's a clear coat scratch. Deep surface scratches don't disappear when wet

I used this product before. once you apply it, the scratch disappears. but when you clean the excess, scratch comes again! I tried it in several ways. but no luck!

What ever happened to this product? The link you provided no longer works. And it is odd that no one else on KZfaq is talking about this product. If it works the way you say it does, and I believe you. What happened to this product? Did some big company force them out of business?

It still exists, the link probably doesn't work anymore because the seller I bought it from no longer sells it. But if you click the link and search for fix it pro, you'll find the same product!

No, only works when the scratch is in the clear coat layer. Like he says in the video you can test with water to see if it’s a clear coat scratch

@@garyk5496 it may appear white when dry but it it disappears when wet then a sealer like that works. But if it’s past the clear coat layer and is affecting the color portion that area or panel would need a repaint to fix correctly

The reason this works with any color car is because it repairs the clear coat that goes over the colored paint. It won't work for deep scratches

Not on normal plastic, it is essentially replacing the clear coat on the car so the shallow scratch doesn't exist. It also won't work if the scratch is too deep
