Major missed opportunity to not have hanako with etna in future cameos. Especially in D2 where we are introduced to Cecily who looks up to flonne as an angel role model. I bet cecily and hanako could become fast friends if given the chance thanks to their shared traits of having big brothers and role models to look up to.

dlcs do fine enough job. i mean i doubt we can get sequels of anything but disgaea 1 and maybe a future one that is super successful.

Same, a Disgaea 2 D2 could easily focus on Adell learning to embrace his demon heritage and the final boss could be the warlord who forced his parents to flee their netherworld in the first place.

​@@jonathanjuarez5544 The thing is, Adell still doesn't KNOW about his demon heritage. He grew up in a (at the time) human family in an (at the time) human village. He believes himself to be human and none of the very few people that know have informed him otherwise.

You gotta point there. The Disgaea games have a steady storyline if you really think about it. D1 is basically a new change for the future,with Laharl and Flonne beinh that knot. D2 takes place after it,which is an entirely new story,but still takes the point of what happened back in D1. D3 well this one was well everywhere and quite sloppy,but it does reflect somewhat back to D1. D4 if you really think about it as well also reflected back to D1. All of them have a steady timeline. Though again...when I saw D4 intro,I just became so curious on what happened,so I just cheated and unlocked the post game first and did the past first,which made the present game make a hell of a lot more sense. Though again,I hate how Fuka and Desco ruins the mood at times. That should have been done with Valvatorez rather than with Fuka and Desco. Well that aside,the only game that disappointed me was D3.

its a shame we do not see her. just imagine the moments between her and Sicily since they are both younger sisters.

Slixer I'm pretty sure there are alternate timelines because Disgaea Infinite has alternate endings that would lead to separate games in the series.

I think after hanako became a majin she left Etna ..... And hanako did momentarily summoned herself if you had the majin hanako dlc

+Greg Miller I mostlyjus hated Mao. He just had zero good points to him to weight with all the evil side.

Gameplay wise Mao ice spells made him more powerful than his physical attacks and I had to wonder why they didn't make him a fucking mage instead

IDK. I kinda like Adell because who he is such a departure from Laharl and Mao's daddy issues/massive egos. Way more of a down to earth, relatively speaking, protag for this series. At least find him waaaay better than Killia and Zed. Jury's out on Fuji

the body itself is rozalyn's while the personality was zenon so adele was kissing zenon but the kiss was finished with rozalyn

Davor Basic Thanks for clarifying, I just beat the game myself a few hours ago and realized this, also Zenon was a female Overlord from the start right? I was thinking it was a male overlord reincarnated as a female but the end also clarified that.

julie martinez Zenon was most likely female, like Rozalin. And she did have a personality. She was cold, cruel, and merciless. Though it is suggested she wasn't always like that. She only became that way after someone betrayed her in the past and it got someone killed. It's a good thing Adell is a demon or else the difference in life expectancy would set her off again.

imagine if they had a sequal themed around acceptance. adell accepting his demon heritage and roazlin accepting her past life. also to make things crazier imagine after zenon being awaken so frequently in such a short period of time decides to split herself from rozalin taking either her own form all together or just taking the form of rozalin with her colors.

+BowlUndrFire None of the VAs changed between versions. He is played by Grant George in both versions, but no lines were rerecorded for the main game (just Axel Mode lines). Axel from D2: Dark Hero Days is still Axel from the original D2.
