The license plates that say what you want them to say are called 'vanity' plates. You order them through your license branch. There are of course restricted words or combinations to create phrases. They'll let ya know.

Steve that abandoned house is beautiful. Inside was pretty creepy but had a few gorgeous shots. Can I ask you a question? Why don't you use gloves? I know that you need a better grip on camera wear at least one on your non dominant hand. Just want you to be safe. Happy & safe exploring!! App seems to be good if legit.

We have a cottage that could seem abandoned like 9 months out of the year and this kinda freaks me out because someone could theoretically randonaut to our cottage and claim its abandoned, when in fact it's not. In spring we don't get up there till June or early July so the grass gets very overgrown every year and a lot of our furniture is older in there. My point being, be carefully calling something abandoned. You never know, always be respectful to the property.

You need someone or employee to take care and stay at your cottage while youren't there. So people wouldn't think that your cottage is abandoned.

This home use to belong to Dr. Solomon Drown who died in 1834. That Cemetery, also known as Drown Lot, are family members. Be careful this house might seem abandoned, but is listed under the National Register of Historical Places. I saw the legal documents on line. The owner Mr. Baird was a Chemistry Professor, and his wife was a violinist. Their daughter Allison was married in 1997. Not sure what is going on with this property, but I would take my photos, and respectfully leave. I hope the Baird family members are safe and well. This house is quite old, and probably was sold or given to the Historical Preservation Society...The BATS and BLUE MUD WASPS have to go! ASAP!

That house has been abandoned for over 10 years. I grew up on that road and a friend of mine Andrew used to live there, we used to work at a Christmas tree farm up the road together. My parents still live right up the road. The owner just left years ago when he wife passed away. He still lives locally in Providence from what I've heard.

This house belonged to Dr. Solomon Drown, who died in 1834. The current owner is James C Baird, currently retired professor of chemistry. His wife died in the year 2000 of Leukemia. The couple's children are Andrew and Allison. I believe they must have left the house when Mrs. Baird died. Mr. James remarried in 2013, Andrew and Allison are also already married.

Melissa Coulter when my mom left my first stepdad he was still so in love with her that he didn’t move anything..my older brother is taking care of him now after a severe stroke and her clothes were even still in the closet. Point is, it does happen that way I’m 40 now and he still had stuff I made in grade school in the filing box

Ok, I have been paranormal investigating for 25yrs now and one thing I learned is in order for the spirit box to work, there should be a "sweep" option. Just turning it on wont really do anything but give ya a headache after while ,,,,although, I recommend the SB-7 or the app called "Necrophonic" ..(about $10, but it removes the static so that you can hear voices more clear)... Hope that helps ya there. The possible person standing in the woods watching you, well Im pretty sure it was just a grill, a cooker or something with a tarp over it. Oh and the 2 pics you took with that girl, ..#1 in the chair, staring out the window & #2 of her sitting on the bed reading the book, where great pictures, that friend of yours has an eye for a great photo op. Over all, this was a great video, just always remember to be respectful when exploring and never disturb anything.

Many times these homes belonged to elderly ppl. They get sick, end up in nursing homes or pass away. The properties sit untouched etc because there's legal issues as to can claim it if there was no will.

To the girl: You’re only as old as you feel, my adoptive father is 76 yrs old and he’s never home either, always on the move. I've enjoyed many of your videos up until now, these two young people that you are exploring this house with shouldn't be accompanying you at all until they can grow up and have some respect and class and integrity for what you're trying to accomplish in your videos they're making you look sloppy, in the future I would try to keep the Integrity that you have in your previous videos and the way to doing that is to not having especially her this young female and your next videos. Hopefully she will grow up and have respect for elderly people and places that they lived because one day the house that somebody explores might be hers, if she is lucky enough to live long enough to have one.😘

When I was reading the comments I was surprised at the first mention of the girl and her comments. Then I read she was with the boys, I thought well maybe she isn’t as bad as the comments said . Definently creepy and that was a person wearing a hooded cloak. When you were upstairs spanning across windows, he was standing in the tree line watch that part very carefully and you'll see it. Great video though. Y'all be careful, your GPS are known to someone and they could stalk/follow you because of the randonauntica app or call and text you.

I'm not seeing a lot of technology in this footage. Back in the Day writing letters with all we had. I'm not seeing computers or TVs or even radios. I do think I saw an old organ in one of the corners in the living room. Keep in mind that without technology writing letters is what we had.

Steve, you don't know how to use the spirit box P-SB 11. It is necessary that the frequency always changes forward or backward. To do this, press the rew or fwd button, and then adjust the speed you need with the sweep rate button. Good luck

If you have a proper spirit box, all it does is generate White Noise. The boxes that scan are suspect AF as it scans RADIO ie AM or FM and always picks up stations. So it is extremely difficult to get an honest EVP.

Steve and all: I'm really becoming a fan here! I love your genuine curiosity and sincere respect for the places you explore. I think I've mentioned this another place, but I'd really recommend getting someone a little older, with some experience with history, on the team. Someone with that kind of expertise could really help you piece the narratives together, interpret what you're seeing, and also help identify a lot of the stuff you come across. If you're ever doing any exploring in the midwest, I'd volunteer! You've got the makings of a fantastic material historian yourself!

Yeah, I kinda almost thought it looked staged a little bit? There were too many things that just seemed odd for a place to have been abandoned.

I know right? And no spider webs or decay and the roof looked really good. The white area rug with the blue designs looked super clean. Someone is visiting to make sure things are ok. Maybe it is being rented and watched by randonautica! I should have looked for hidden cameras. 😉

Steve, you should have consulted with Dan “Exploring with Fighters” and Josh. There both used the ramdonautica with interesting results. Also, the spirit box uses radio waves/signals to communicate. AND the EMF doesn’t just recognize electrical fields but spirits. Red is not bad, it means the spirit(s) is closer. You can use it to communicate also.

Looks like it was a Beautiful home at one time ; A fire place in almost every room ; Seems strange to leave so many personal things behind such as letter's and pictures ; trophy's ; that's things people usually make sure they take ; But that painting was definitely creepy that was one evil looking drawing ; great video ; you should look it up and get some history on the place I'm sure were all curious also so random that you would be sent to that house ; gave me the creeps ; anyway great video and stay safe Steve

If there are any spirits they are demonic familiar spirits that imitate people who have died, that is why they are called "familiar". Peoples souls do not get trapped on earth when they die. Using a Spirit box will bring out this type of demon.

Steve when you first started using the spirit box and you asked if anyone wanted to speak to you... if you listen carefully you will hear a long drawn out whisper saying "Get outta here now" play it back and you will hear. It's hard because your assistant is talking at the same time. But once you hear it you can't un-hear it.

House built either late 1700's to Mid 1800s, beautiful home. The stoneage in basement , was quite common for homes in the era I mentioned, also some homes will have raw wood for rafters like the flooring of main floor (or ceiling part of the basement. I watch Exploring with Kappy, and have learned a great deal. To be in such a wonderful and beautiful condition, it wouldn't take a great deal of work to bring it up to the standards of today, also the wooden floors upstairs is also beautiful and the ornate of the fireplaces :) Great find guys and gal :) As for being haunted not feeling anything, but being near a cemetery, it is possible.

I love old cemeteries. That one was so beautiful. It looks like it has been well looked after too. That house is so lovely. I'd love to see someone buy and fix it up. Would love a follow up on what happened to Andrew and the house. PS 1996 wasn't that long ago...for me.. Lol. Great vid guys. Loved the drone shots. They were exquisite 🌹🕊 Just a thought to guys, if you move anything, put it back how it was and maybe don't give too much personal information as you might give the location away and you will get vandals and other lowlifes wanting to ruin the place. Steve the "table" in the field near the shed could have been a cover to a well. Careful what you guys jump on around farms/pastures. Old wells are sometimes still covered by wood. Please do not make us have to send Lassie out to find you.

Steve, I have always liked your channel, but please try to video slower, meaning don't move it around so much and try and show more things. Your there longer than we are you get to see everything you want. We only get to see a few minutes of things . I am not being down on you just trying to give you some good criticism. And the girl that was there she is very pretty but not what comes out of her mouth, so unnecessary. Really cool place through. Try and get someone to show you how to work the spirit box so next time you will have it down. Stay safe Steve!

A couple of years ago Steve was vloging with some buddies and every other word was the F word . Steve did not swear . I brought it to his attention in the comment section. He commented back to me apologizing and went back into the video and bleep out all the swears . Soon after Steve was no longer with these guys !

Wow Steve ! That was one hell of a creepy video. A lot of questions about that family who live there that may never get answered. One Theory I came up with was what if the family that owned that house owned that little Cemetery as well those could’ve been all relatives of there . Another theory that I have is maybe that family still owns the house and checks up on it from time to time . What ever town you where in , you should find there library or city hall and see if there is any public records about that property. Love to see if you find more on that place . Again great video 👍🏻
