Hi Dr Ryan, I’m curious. Does hypokalemia not cause a problem in the acid base problem of VIPOMA? Is it because the body balances H+ for K+?

Dr. Neil, wouldnt VIPoma be associated with achlorydia? Thats why for question 2 I was thinking A could be right.
