A&Z #981 - Randy Santel vs The Warm Cookie's "Randy Santel" Ultimate Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Challenge at The Warm Cookie located in Lincoln, Nebraska!! A few weeks after finishing my 2-month Florida Tour with ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #10, I traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska so I could be the first person to attempt and help kick off the new "Randy Santel" Ultimate Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Challenge which was delicious and is the world's biggest cookie ice cream sandwich challenge that we are aware of!! The Warm Cookie offers 10 extra delicious Warm Cookies on their regular (non-seasonal) menu, and for this challenge, one of each was included on each of the two layers for the cookie ice cream sandwich. There were 10 portions of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between all the cookies, and I had a short 35 minute time limit to finish everything. I was trying to win my $35 dessert meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Sharice, her mom Tricia, and everyone with The Warm Cookie in Lincoln, Nebraska for the wonderful cookies, ice cream, milk, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the amazing people who came that evening to watch and meet me!! I appreciate everyone in Lincoln, NE and all around Nebraska who watches videos and supports our efforts!! The Warm Cookie's Ultimate Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Challenge in Lincoln, Nebraska ($35):
- The Warm Cookie - Delivering baked-to-order Warm Cookies anywhere in the Lincoln city limits. Gift wrapped with a handwritten greeting and delivered for free. Make someone's day. Send Warm Cookies!!
- The Warm Cookie offers 10 extra delicious Warm Cookies on their regular (non-seasonal) menu.
- Options: Chocolate Chip, Gluten Free Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Cranberry White Chocolate, The Rachel (w/ oatmeal, chocolate chips, and butterscotch), Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Raisin, Monster Cookie, Sugar, and M&M Cookies.
- For this challenge, one of each cookie makes up part of a layer, and there are two layers total.
- There are 10 portions of vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between the top and bottom cookies.
- There is a 35 minute time limit and this is the world's biggest ice cream sandwich challenge.
- Winners earn the $35 dessert meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame.

I always think these sweet challenges are the ones most likely to cause barfing due to the intense sugar hit over such a short space of time but you trucked on through it. I'd like to think I could have a good go at that and enjoy it.
