Күн бұрынA&Z #967 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs Sammy Barker's 100oz Gourmet Double Smash Burger Challenge at Sammy Barker's American Street Food in Pensacola, Florida which is located on the Gulf Coast in the Panhandle!! @KatinaEatsKilos and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For food challenge #50, we traveled to Pensacola, Florida on the Gulf Coast in the Florida Panhandle so we could help kick off and attempt the new "Burger Battle By The Bay" Champion Burger Challenge at Sammy Barker's American Street Food. In 2020, Sammy Barker's won 1st prize at Pensacola's "Burger Battle By The Bay" for their "Battle Of The Bay Winner 2020" Gourmet Double Smash Cheeseburger. For this challenge, I had 1 hour to feast on 10 of these hand crafted double smash burgers. Each burger had two 3oz choice, freshly-ground smash burger patties topped with smoked gouda cheese, red cabbage slaw, fresh bacon onion jam, Sammy Sauce, and sweet peppers. I was trying to win my $110 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 1st spot on the Wall of Fame. Thanks to Joel the owner and everyone with Sammy Barker's for the amazing food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the great people who came up that night to watch and meet Katina and I!! Sammy Barker's 100oz Gourmet Double Smash Burger Challenge in Pensacola, Florida ($110):
- Sammy Barker's is located in Pensacola, Florida on the Gulf Coast in the Florida Panhandle.
- They serve hand crafted, chef inspired gourmet burgers using the choicest cuts of beef.
- The burger patties are ground in-house daily, hand balled, smashed, and seared to perfection.
- They also serve beef hots dogs, sausages, carnitas pork tacos, fresh cut fries, and milkshakes.
- In 2020, Sammy Barker's won "Best Burger" at the Burger Battle By The Bay burger competition.
- For this challenge, contestants have 1 hour to finish 10 of the aware winning double burgers.
- There are two 3oz smash burger patties topped with smoked gouda cheese, bacon onion jam, red cabbage slaw, sweet peppers, and their signature Sammy Sauce.
- Winners receive the $110 burger meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame!!

He's destroyed it because he's locked into this crazy 'glutton for fun' paradigm. There's no chance of him repairing that at his age now. @@danrowden3898 there's this thing called muscle memory and for someone who exercised and trained hard before no matter how fat they get they can easily train and get back to a good physique much easier then someone who has never been fit and healthy. So I'm sure he could do it if he wanted too.

Living vicariously through you. My guts could not withstand that kind of eating. What I love about watching your vids is that you dominate with class and are not afraid to show your own vulnerability. Other eaters smash the food and eat like pigs without even chewing. It’s gross. But you always explain the food and comment on its flavors. You also always give props to the owners and people watching. 👍

@@LovexGirlx3 matt stonie is a great eater who has the biggest following and you are right there are many faster and larger capacity eaters than Randy.... but The amount of challenges Randy does almost daily is just unheard of. No other competitive eaters can do the amount of food challenges that Randy does. And for that, much applaud for Randy. He also doesn't purposely get sick so he doesn't waste food which is a big no-no for me, for that I respect Randy even more. Lastly, Randy is just such a fun, enthusiastic and an overall powerful person with how he resonates in a room and his appearance. The guy is 6' 5"! Hope to meet him in person one day even if its just a handshake "how ya doing" type scenario.

Guys im really not a matt fanboy i like randys video too... i subscribed him.. but he is not in his best years.. he finished 10 pd challenges too.. and now he struggels to 6-7 pd.. i never would eat that tho.. props to him.. and he will ever be #1 of most challanges.. but ist is far away from the best competetiv eater .. no hate.. joel does the same ratio of challenges but he beats 10 pd challanges thats the only reason why i dont understand randy dont keep on

I think he is going to cancel the rest of 2021 tours because of his weight. I'm not sure tho. I love watching him tho! and for the girl who said he didn't use the exercise bike... rude. quarantine took a toll on all of us. I'm sure he is aware of his body and his limits.

I feel like Randy should rotate between spice challenge and quantity challenges. I think then he will maintain a better weight and Heath balance.

Spice challenges are much more dangerous in the short term. They can erode your esophagus and stomach lining.

He needs to stop doing all of these food challenge tours with a challenge or two per day every day for weeks on end. He is clinically obese due to these frequent overfeedings that keep him in a hyper-caloric state chronically. I hope he can retire soon (maybe after win#1000) and then can cut down to a healthy body composition to change from Fatlas to Atlas!

Now that is the perfect meat to bun ratio. Looked amazing and a ton of it. The title of the challenge was hard to say than for you to eat. Crowd was awesome again. Always fun to watch. Great win and video

Everyone's had that thought! Lol but okay imagine a vending machine self serving chef. There's vendors and come fill ingredients all the time. It's gonna take up a lot of space sure but It's connected to the internet and can use videos like this to look up the menu item. Just like Google maps streetview of a car driving around mapping the earth, there could also be chefs from all these locations fine tuning the machine to get it as close as possible to what the restaurant was goin for. Thatd be one hell of a device.
