I shoot SLRs and rangefinders. Love them both. Since 35mm is my personal favorite focal length, I have a 35mm f/1.4 Nikkor for my SLR and 35mm f/1.4 Zeiss for my Leica. For me, the greatest advantage of my SLR is its versatility. It is easier for my SLR to use lenses that range in focal length from 14mm to 1000mm. My rangefinder is limited to lenses that range in focal length from 21mm to 135mm. The greatest advantage of my rangefinder is its quiet operation which allows me to shoot quietly at golf events, funerals, stage shows, and sound recording studios. The noisy SLR mirror slap is too disruptive in some shooting situations.

I have used every type camera from a Speed Graphic to a Minox. My favorite compact 35mm camera was a Leica CL. You might discuss the M series verses the CL .

Argus C3 was one of my favorite camers. I also shot a lot of photos with the Graflex SpeedGrafic

I recently got a Minolta maxxum 5 which is very lightweight for an SLR. Haven't tried less than 1/45 to the second handheld.

Many days and no response from any emails to answer some simple questions. I've read from reviews that the company has been going down in service and quality recently. I knew it was a red flag when they said they DO NO list a phone number to talk to clients. The only time I've seen a business do that is when they are going rotten and have to many complaints. Can you imagine if I actually mailed my film in and had a problem? They won't even respond to people wanting to give them business. So glad I did not send them my many films, they lost some hefty business from me.
