With what's going on with Haechan right now, it's quite a big chance it'll resurface some time in the future because he's thrown right back into a busy schedule this year... Heart palpitions (what his main symptom is) are caused by stress and having only one week to transition from his busiest year to an ever busier year is definetely not enough... From a person who's suffered from heart palpitations.. I wish they gave him just a bit more time!

They better not just give him the minimum amount of required rest. Him (and Mark, idk why they'd wait til he suffers visible health conditions either but I don't expect much from SM) deserve an actual minimum of a month or two of rest

@@sapphic.flower It's so concerning how it takes literal heart problems to finally give him a rest (that isn't even near long enough) I hope Haechan and Mark get the rest they deserve soon, they've been working non stop ever since they were kids...

SM NEVER said he was only getting one week off... Kevin & David just read the information wrong. it says ""Haechan won't be participating in schedules STARTING FROM NEXT WEEK & they'll inform fans again when his schedule resumes"... So hopefully hell be given enough time to recover.

@@tcole750 Oh yeah no sorry I know that, should've clarified. Knowing SM I just kind of assume his 'hiatus' is going to be too short for him to fully recover. We'll see Ig, however I still don't appreciate SM letting it get this far EVEN if they do give him a longer hiatus.

It's wise not to trust SM (although who exactly do people mean when they say "SM"? Managers? ) But it's also good to remember that they can only do something about health issues that they know about. And from what Haechan posted it sounds like this came up like a complete surprise to him too. It's easy to be so in love with what you are doing that you don't notice until your body says "Stop". He isn't confirmed for any upcoming Tour dates and the comeback for the 127 repackage is nearly a month after his hiatus began. Hopefully he takes as much time as HE needs and really only he ( with doctors) can judge that.

Regarding Haechsn, the statement didn't say he would only rest a week. It said, starting from the next week which it was released until further notice. So Haechan will rest until he feels ready to work. There were some mistranslations.
