Reason for why Brentford have been so bad defensively: We are missing most of our entire back line No Ben Mee, Rico Henry, Aaron Hickey since ~October Ethan Pinnock and Ajer have recently returned back from injury, but most of the defense has been midfielders/attackers filling in.

Regarding Brentfords horrific defensive record this year, we've lost our first choice left back and right back to injury for the whole season (Henry and Hickey), who were crucial to our setup. Along with this, Mee and Pinnock have both had large periods out injured, these 2 being huge in our defence last season. Also doesn't help that the defensive recruitment has been laughable

Good vid, but let’s be real here, City has a notoriously small squad. It’s by design because Pep prefers a tight knit squad with minimal amounts of drama. It comes back to bite us in the ass at times when we have a couple of injuries or suspensions. Like how our form dropped to oblivion when Rodri was suspended or when Stones, Grealish, Haaland and Gvardiol were all out injured.

If we talk about Chelsea's season. They might be bad in League table but they have been doing a lot domestically. Reached the final of carabao which Liverpool were lucky to win and in the semis of Fa cup. If we start talking about money spent, they have sold about 500m+ worth of players as well. It is a complete change of the team and a young one. It is gonna take time for them to get used to each other and there is a huge lack of experience
