Liverpool C???? We can't make the mistake of comparing the newcomers with the primes of the outgoings. Henderson's legs are gone and Szoboszlai is a perfect replacement. Fabinho I actually would've like to keep and see if his legs were actually gone or if it was as a result of basically playing midfield by himself for a seaaon. The rest were injury prone and were right to move on. Mac Allister is a Premier League proven, WC Winning midfield for 35 MILLION POUNDS. That alone is an A+ signing. Also regarding Gravenberch, the whole of Europe wanted him before his move to Bayern so to get him for under £40m is another piece of astute business imo. Endo is a question mark for me and I believe we needed to replace Fabinho with a top quality DM, but if the idea was to replace Milner for Endo to see out a game for 10-15 mins then I actually really like the deal. Overall I would give us an A- transfer window. Keeping Salah is pivotal, the midfield 8s/10s feel young, energetic and a very high potential midfield that can still learn from the likes of Thiago who if we can manage and keep fit now with the addition of 4 midfielders will be a huge bonus as he is criminally underrated even when he plays and isn't injured. Iwobi was not a good player, 6 league goals in 4 seasons! Never seen a poorer crosser of the ball and he's a big reason as to why the club are in the position we are. Had a decent spell under lampard and that was about it. Only lost 6 mil on him as well as we paid 28. Beto, Danjuma, Mcneil, Harrison and DCL should be well more than enough to stay up comfortably.
