For me the most important player this season was Toni Rudiger. He was like three defenders playing in one position. Most of the season unplayable. Pocketed Haaland, Kane, Lewandowski, Dovbyk. Anyone paired with him immediately advanced to next level because of how much confidence he gives teammates. What a monster of a player with impeccable character and winning mentality. And the fact that we brought for free is just ridiculous.

Love it bro. Me personally I would switch Brahim and Rodrigo because I honestly feel if Brahim got Rodrigo mins he would have done more. I don't agree that they are many fans who like vini more than Madrid like with Cr7 case. Yes he is very important and a player who might not have been the most eye-catching one this season but his work rate is by far the greatest. Toni Kroos for example is also known for being one of the most important players without being that eye-catching but even in this season Toni Kroos had bigger moments, more WOW performances and he was more consistent even though Valverde is also very consistent. Bellingham on 2: The placement should not be surprising but I feel like people disrespect his performance, especially in the second half of the Season. In the first half he was the best player in the world and in the second half he had a different role therefore he didn't score that much. I can't think of a game where he was bad but people have high expectations because of the first half and every game where he doesn''t score, people blame him. Just look at his heatmap, the man was everywhere and when he doesn't assist he gives the pre-assist. People say he ghosted in the CL but even though he didn't score that much he was the player who created the most big chances, the one who has the most key passes per game, second most successful dribblings behind Vini, the most assists and all that just in the CL Vini on 1: You can argue all of the top 4 for Nr. 1 but the reason Vini is Nr. 1 is because he is the one that stepped up in the biggest games. You said Rodrygo could replace him and Real Madrid would do well, imo he is too inconsistent for that. Vini is by far our most dangerous player. If it's just based on the League, he would not be in my top 3. The man has scored or assisted in every knockout game he played in his career except for one.

Everyone has a bias, bro 😆 but I agree with your ranking. I am happy you chose Fede as 1. He deserves it, and I hope he gets more accolades. My RM lineup next season has all players fit, and there is no transfer. Knowing Don Carletto, I believe it would mostly be a 4-3-3. Courtois, Carvajal, Rudiger, Militao/Alaba and Mendy Fede, Tchou/Cama and Jude Rodrygo, Mbappe and Vini. Unless this team doesn’t work, he will find a solution by adding an extra midfielder. Carlo believes Cama, Modric and Brahim will give him more options if they come from the bench. I am glad we had a good season, and hopefully, next year will not be jinxed due to the many expectations from fans and haters #HalaMadrid

one last critique... carvajal belongs in that top 5 but its hard arguments because rudiger and kroos both did magnificent jobs this year. i believe jude was more of a deciding winning factor this year than vini... yes the offense is ran through vini but without jude i don't think we would've got this far. valverde number 1 was not a surprise at all, real madridistas know that valverde is probably our only midfielder that isn't competing for a spot. this is Valverde's team.

The only thing I would change is Mendy being higher up the list. Everything else I agree with.

@Faysal im not done with the video but i just couldn't help my self and type this.. Mendy has been more important than both rodrygo and camavinga this season. Yes, he isn't a complete player but he does way more than rodrygo and cama on the pitch for us.

I think the defense or maybe the lineup and connection is lacking. When I watch them play, yes they have Rudiger, Mendy, Nacho, Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Tchouameni, Camavinga, but when u look at rudiger - he conceded against davies a goal for not pressing high enough, Militao is very inconsistent and i would say very overrated, Carvajal is old and there is no one on the bench to sub him (also sometimes inconsistent and does dive occasionally) and having 2 centre backs and a LB and a RB removes control in midfield and also loses lots more posession as we saw against Dortmund as the defenders were trying to pass out but they kept losing the ball. In my opinion i think they should sign a RB and a CB, sell militao, i think Mendy is very underrated and they have Fran Garcia as well, then practice alot of passing from the defenders, lobbed passes, short, long, all types of passes so they arent giving the ball, away, have a CB that positions themselves very well and is not too old, for example Antonio silva i belive is the best young CB in the world that does do mad heavy tackles that produce red cards like aroujo, as he is very well positioned, then have a different line up with more control, and the RB could help out loads for example Trent who passes really well and is nice and consistent. I would think a 3-2-2-3 would be perfect - as ill show you below - what i think is the best lineup (with a RB and CB that i think would fit) GK Courtois LB: Mendy CB: Antonio Silva RB: Trent Left CDM: Camavinga (Plays slightly higher then Tchouameni shifting also into Centre Midfield) Right CDM: Tchouameni then i would go for Right CM: Valverde (Who can push up but also control the game) and Left CAM: Bellingham (Who can also shift into like CM) So here you have 4 players that with the ball are in the middle of the pitch, controlling the ball moving it forward or just passing, and if they are under severe attack you have 6 players back with the likes of Valverde. Not to mention the attackers winning possesion higher and Rodrygo coming back to defend like he does so well. Then upfront you have the obvious choices of: LW: Vinicuis ST: Mbappe RW: Rodrygo (Who i think should play slightly less attacking and shoot more outside the box like a RM) At the moment you have gaps, you have rudiger making good challenges, but also not controlling the game and pressing enough (watch davies goal), and in midfield there are only 3 players maximum, whereas you could have 6 players in midfield - Trent, Valverde, Bellingham, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Rodrygo - all controlling the game. This will reduce lots of goals as if they did this they wouldnt have conceded 3 goals from outside the box against Mancehster City at home. I think 2 CDM and a CB is better than 2 CB and 1 CDM as it not only controlls the game more but also give you the same number of players defensively. This was a key part which i noticed of treble winning Manchester CIty 22/23 where Stones and Rodri would play CDM with only Dias at CB and a LB and RB, and this worked really well. Real madrid do pass well but its in tight situations and if they practise this then it will reduce counter attacks significantly. The midfield would have control, the defense would have security - no counter attacks, good positioning and good numbers defensively even with only 1 CB and the attack would be more deadly than ever. It would look something like this LW/Left Striker: Vini RightST: Mbappe RW/RM: Rodrygo Left CAM: Bellingham Right CM: Valverde Left CDM: Camavinga Right CDM: Tchouameni RB: Trent LB: Mendy CB: Antonio Silva GK: Courtois As you can see Trent is higher up than Mendy as the right is already slightly more defensive with Rodrygo and Valverde slightly lower, and you can have 6 in midfield (Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga, Tchouameni, Trent, Rodrygo) Giving lots more control, still having A solid defensive structure. On the bench: Forwards: Diaz Endrick Joselu Paz Midfielders: Ceballos Modric Guler Defenders: Alaba Rudiger Vasquez Carvajal Garcia Goalkeepers: Lunin (No kepa as only on loan and no Militao cause he was sold or traded for antonio silva - assuming that Trent was picked up when his contract ended) Please reply with any changes, yes it might seem like disrespect for Carvajal, Rudiger, Militao and maybe Endrick but I belive these players are overrated in some aspects or inconcsistent. Ask yourself this, Yes rudiger might be stopping Haaland from scoring, but how is he controlling the game and stopping De Bruyne and Foden from scoring? This 3-2-2-3 formation i believe is the most underrated in the game.

Played 46 games this season, without him in the UCL: Draw to Napoli 2-2 - Created Goal Draw to Braga 1-1 - Created Goal Draw to Union Berlin 2-2 - Created Goal Loss to Leipzig (2nd Leg) 0-1 - Controlled Game + Created Goal Loss to Manchester City (1st Leg) 2-3 - Created Goal (Pre assist to valverde) + Controlled Game Loss to Manchester City (2nd Leg) 2-1 Controlled Game + Stopped numerous Goals Loss to Bayern Munich (1st Leg) 2-1 - Created Goal Loss to Bayern Munich (2nd Leg) 0-2 - Created 2 Goals + Stopped a clear goal from running from Corner kick. Just a reminder he has conceded 0 goals in the UCL knocout stages having played 6/7 knocout stage games. Aswell in Laliga he has been exceptional. Just for example against Sevilla, Villareal recently stopped them scoring 6 + goals, aginst Barcelona. His corner kicks have created an Xg of 17.3 in all competitions - and got 5 assists from corners this season. Just because it seems he doesn't start does not make him lower on the list. He is the best player in the world, conceding 0 goals in KO UCL stages and reduced the chance of the opposition scoring by 63%.

Man your take on Tchouameni is wild. Tchouameni is a great centre back - he could be legendary in that position. He's also the worst defensive midfielder in top level football.
