I'd put Mike McDaniel over #7 Jim Harbaugh (when he hasn't even coached a single game with the Chargers. Nor coached an NFL game in 10 yrs.) McDaniel is above Mike McCarty, Matt Lafleur, Sean McDermott (Tied the Bills in AFC East.) Doug Pederson ( what did the Jaguars do last year?)
