Tail is actually pretty 'viable', it has decent mobility alongside some high dmg multipliers and stunning hit strings.

It isn't very good in PvP because it lacks huge AoE or a way to land hits consistently.

Just my opinion but: Z tier: Quirkless S tier: Shock, Overhaul, OFA, Tomura AFO, Explosion, Deku OFA, Fierce Wings, AFO A tier: Stress, Manifest, Hardening (Very underrated Common), Cremation, Orcinus, Dark Shadow, Muscle Augmentation, Hellflame, Giant, Electric C tier: Frog, Decay (Followed by the rest of the quirks) D tier: Can stay the same F tier: Nothing

100% agree with the S tier but hawks ain't S sadly. Keep it up you are only person keeping the game alive. If you dont remember me I'm KATSU_BAS(Katsu). Still waiting for the game to make a comeback.
