So Merch Pass is Disney's attempt at mitigating scalpers who try and buy up all the product and then resell at a higher cost. It's not the best thing, but it's worked out better in some regards.

For me I actually think Lady Tremaine is the nicest one cuz her dress is different

I agree on your top 2 dolls, but not in that order. I wasn’t going to buy any of these dolls till I saw a video review with the dolls. Maleficent is stunning in person! The fabrics used are beautiful. And fabric on the back of her cape is textured and looks like dragon scales . I’m not a fan of hair horns, but these are well done, with the right shape, with a nice point. Once I got her in person, I was very impressed with her. Though I would have liked it if they made the face closer to her looks in the film. I agree on Lady Tremains open skirt. I hate, they left it open like that. It makes her look like she sexual . It isn’t right for her character. But the rest of the doll is amazing, with great details. I think the wicked Queen looks like she is in a Jasmine outfit. And it looks like same old, nothing new.And my least favorite is Ursula. Those ruffles look so stupid, not designer at all. I think she would look better in a slinky , draped gown.But I enjoyed hearing what your thoughts.

Sadly I don’t have the money for these dolls this year (got a Switch instead lol), but I am slightly disappointed by the designs. Still stunning dolls and from what I’ve seen, they’re using nicer fabrics and materials compared to previous years so that’s probably the cause of less details compared to previous dolls. I agree about Lady Tremaine completely, it’s an awesome design but it doesn’t really make sense for her. If I were them, I’d say “Keep the design but make it Queen of Hearts” or something. 😂 Yzma and Hades are my favs as well. And I was also disappointed in Maleficent. It should been plastics horns or maybe simple rooted hair with a horn headdress or something. (Although, from pictures I’ve seen of people with her, her stock photos do not do her justice and the fabrics of her dress are a lot nicer than they appear. Her cape/shawl has dragon scale texture on the back!) And I agree about the Evil Queen not being as amazing as she should be (especially being obsessed about beauty lol). Although I will note that the designs on her dress are not snakes. I’m pretty sure it’s peacock feathers because her throne in the film is literally a peacock.
