Hades' brooch incorporated Fates' eyeball and fingers, they even have veins on top of the eyeball brooch. And those masks on his belt reminds me face and wing of Harpies, because in the movie there's moment where Hercules with Pegasus put Harpie on birdhouse.

Really wanted To get Yzma and Ursula, but I’m happy to get Hades. And I actually think he looks good even without the flames.

I wanted this doll but he was so expensive. I hope Disney Store will do a normal size doll for him.

He is still normal sized. 12”. But yeah I hope they will release a classic doll line since they have the head sculpt Now.

Something I'm very curious about is why it seems like many doll collectors really seem to enjoy receiving the lower numbers on limited edition dolls? I have only collected the 17 inch 10th anniversary Rapunzel doll and was just wondering why low numbers seem to be preferred

Maybe cause it means they were one of the early birds

Yeah a lot of collectors like having low number. But Disney doesn’t ship out the dolls in sequence to what time you order. It’s all random so all depends on luck. Haha Personally, I don’t care much about low numbers unless it’s really low like 10 and under. But I prefer rounded numbers like 1000, 3000, 4500 , etc or multiple same digits like 2222, 3344 etc like those weird numbers haha.

These dolls are gorgeous but honestly wtf was Disney thinking with the price point. They’re the same price as the 17” dolls and even those (imo) aren’t worth the price point. I think it’s lazy they used old sculpts for other dolls and the detail is lazy as well. Their quality is going downhill so bad 😭
