Na bhai siway ERP services ke humne koi aur bada kaam nahi kiya IT me. Shuru me Infosys, Iflex, Tally jaisi companies ne blockbuster products diye jarur like Finnacle of Infosys, Flexcube of Iflex etc. Lekin ye bas one time success thi. Fir to bas ERP services ko hi cash cow ki tarah IT companies nichod rahi. No new product development

Coming to Product based companies like Facebook, google they still pay less to Indian engineers than they pay in us. I am not sure about figure but max salary given to any fresher vary about 70% in India and US. THEN HOW COME IT industry IN INDIA is ""Katam! DO YOUR RESEARCH Even if IT CORE software industry ends in india theres rise of AI/ML market.

I am also coming from IT background you can't say that IT companies will be closed. Because whatever we are using daily bases like transportation, Food delivery, online shopping everything is handled by IT companies.

He is talking on very high level & for people who have very high CTCs I have been in IT for 10 years and in my opinion IT outsourcing will not stop the nature of the work will change drastically for our software engineers. $60K per annum salary is equivalent to 45 Lac per annum which very handful of people get in IT in India Also, thanks to currency difference in US & India which will play catalyst for easily next 20 years

Your analysis is spot on...also IT industry does not just run on currency difference...the talent pool that India has, its rare in any country. Companies can literally go on shopping for developers. Even a support engineer in India can write programs which is not true in US

Exactly my point…, we are running in a wrong direction… Govt is stupid they are just behind making their party strong with taxpayers money but they shouldn’t be such a fool that if there are no jobs who ll pay them the tax. Whatever he is saying is true software companies in India also looking towards Philippine, Bangladesh etc., tech talent due to rise in the tech salary ask. Operational Expenses are increasing but not the project ticket size as clients also does not increase the budget. Hence the situation arisen. Being a founder of IT company, this is something i have seen. Also sentiments of almost every IT companies are same in India. I know few companies I’m in touch with they are also facing the same.

RCET Bhilai..C grade colg ..10 years exp..Big Data Architect at TIBCO..ctc more than 40lpa fixed plus variable extra..this is me;and its just not me almost all of my friends are on the same salary if not more.But we all worked hard for it.. khairaat mein paise nahi bat rahe IT mein. 10 saal se upar ho gaya kaam karte karte but abhi bhi roz padhna padta hai market mein survive karne k liye. India mein abhi bhi cheap labour milta hai but ab saari companies ko India mein skilled labour bhi milta hai jiske liye wo accha paisa bhi deti hain. Boom thi ..Boom Hai ..aur abhi atleast 20 saal aur Boom rahegi.

Ab India mein tech start up bahot sare hai. Unhe bhi log chahiye hota hai. Company future mein India mein badengi hai, even govt ka bhi kuch aisa hi plan bhi hai. Sab kuch aligned raha toh trend niche toh ab kabhi bhi nahi jayega.

There are many other factors as well. 1. In 1990, 1 usd was equal to 17 INR. So a software engineer getting 3 lakh in india was equal to 18000 usd. Now 18000 usd is equal to 15 lacs which is still a good salary 2. There is industry revolution. Old legacy systems/infra are replaced using cloud, IoT, AI, microservices, machine learning, etc which is cost effective. 3. Its not easy to end IT outsourcing. Most business segements like Banking, finance, insurance, travel and transportation, retail, energy get their revenues using digital modes.

Outsourcing is not just for cheaper skill set...It's about market acquisition also..India is the biggest market...If companies leave the Indian IT industry, they will lose a huge customer base as well..

More and more companies are looking to save money in America and Europe, hence they are still outsourcing IT jobs to skilled country such as India. This salary difference for 1000 employees still makes big difference for a company.

🤔No I am senior software engineer 🙄and I am totally disagree beacuse now we create software for whole world recently we are making software for some Indian big giants and for some Latin and carribbean country and they are paying a huge amount and have worked in more than 150+ projects of different domains see 150+ it's huge number in 8 years 🙄and I have earned a lot of money due to grace of Mahadev ji and I have done projects fo rvarious domains and for many country so this bro is totally wrong

@@hatakekakashi5290 Yaa bro I have given my whole life to this sector I know the truth 🤔actually they even do not have idea that today how deeply we are involve in software development it only do not mean that we only made software for USA and for service sector even I tell you that in one my project we create a software zero to 100% for one of our client who need software for there country court cases I will mention the country name(as an Indian software engineer we have some duties that's why client trust us) so we create software for them and one amazing fact in this that the language for software creation is not English we just make software in English and then using CSV files and translation API we create using a third party we change whole there law application in there la guage 🙄🤔 and when this software come to us that time client said that it is very complicated that many company out of India raise there hand but see we Team of 15-16 people all are Indian only our Translator is from outside 👍so we create the software in around 1+ year and upload all bunch of data 🤔. See this is our power we do very high LVL of work in today world for maximum number of clients money is not big matter they need quality beacuse they know that if once software is created then they only have to take AMC for small upgraded 👍so we are the best 🙏👍

IT boom will never end untill people learn new technologies. Everything is becoming digitalization. Those who are not in IT and lives in middle class family difficult to survive. Sadly, corporate exploitation is unseen in India.

*His statement is manipulative* Service IT-based companies like TCS, Infosys, HCL, etc pay salaries from 1.5 lakhs to 8 lakhs to fresher but in the US they have to pay a bare minimum of 25 lakhs to fresher because no one can survive if the salary is less than this. Coming to Product based companies like Facebook, google they still pay less to Indian engineers than they pay in us. I am not sure about figure but max salary given to any fresher vary about 70% in India and US. THEN HOW COME IT industry IN INDIA is ""Katam! DO YOUR RESEARCH Even if IT CORE software industry ends in india theres rise of AI/ML market.

Just wait for 6 years.. AI and Other factors will dump all those IT people who are earning in lakhs into an unemployment or low wages group, but real threat is to the beginners, bcz Beginners or low skilled IT people will be completely replaced by AI. AI is 10 times better junior assistant than a fresher human.

Definitely, there will be a downfall in IT not in 5-6 years but it could be 8-9 years, IT people are very very expansive but the earnings we are getting per project/lob form the client is getting limited. 40-50lpa with benefits are pretty common for 10-12 years experienced workers. "I have 11 years of experience as an HR manager in ITs" so I have seen it the whole way through.

Is he aligned with new evolving tech and innovation and expertise of Indian IT engineers and consulting in those areas ? Is he aware of the fact of quality and not just quantity ? computer science walo ko etna salary mel ra taab bhi rona thona laga rakha hai. Haar ek mera neethala dost cse wala 14+ lpa pr hai 2.5 saal passout k baad tier 3 college se. Saalo haam civil wale iit se bhi Mtech kr le tab jaa k 11-12 lpa melta hai. And 15 lpa krne mai 4-5 saal laag jaega. Ek tow work from home mel ra . Fir bhi salo ko USA ki salary chaeyai India mai . Post dalengai whatsapp pr ki Cse Engineers in India are underpaid. Aray bc sabse jada mel ra hai salary tmko. Apne papa ki salary dekho haramzado aur apni dekho bhagwaan se tow daaro . 😭😭😭 ek haam civil wale etna kaam salary melta hai.Fir bhi chup rahate h.

India ki per capita income 2000 dollars aur us ki per capita income 60000 dollars , Infosys Aaj bhi 3-4 lakh deta hai freshers ko jisse students letein hain , IT ke bahar Aaj bhi 15000 rupai per month ki hi naukri milte hai.

Currently the companies in US pays 80k dollar 64 lakhs to a fresher but in India still companies like tcs wipro pays 4.5 lakh at max. So still there is lot of scope. Is bande ko kuch pata hi nhi hai

It boom will continue in market till dollar is dominating Indian rupee for eg the minimum salary of software engineer in usa is around $80000 APPROX 67 LAKH whereas we can hire a good experienced software engineer for rupees 12 lakh which is about 5 times cheaper than usa . Hence proved we should study economics in school......

MNC's are opening record global capability centers in India not because of cheap labour but because of high quality Indian talent. It's true the wages are less compared to the west but if you want top notch engineers you need to pay them at least $30K to $40K in India.

A simple (2-3 year experience) programmer in USA needs 120K$ that’s 1.2 cr rupee. In India you will get 3-4 programmers for that price each 30 lakh
