I took this as the streetwear brand Fear of God Essentials. They talked about A Bathing Ape Camo on the XG tape so I think they are cleverly using these brands in their songs as a double meaning.

Damn with this whole another level of greatness & caliber, XG will be crowned as one of Asia's icon in no time (Lisa recently received the prestigious honor)... XG was not bluffing when they said last Feb that they're making big moves! I kinda understand now why there was kind of a radio silence from their upcoming and current activity after they released GRL GVNG, they were working hard to put out iconic performances for HITC & Kcon LA, a mini Album, 2 additional MV's namely TGIF & New Dance, soundtrack for Street Woman Fighter 2 "Show You Can" which is btw my new favorite song atm! Such a banger! Their rap line maknaes sub unit are dangerous! One of one only! Meteor Flame!

A lot of reference and double/triple entendre here but Cocona is age 17, same baseball number as Shoehi number 17 on the Angels, Note: (reference her Mixtape "Nothin" where she is rockin his jersey.) Also "Coco-Tani striking out heavyweights" ... "at the plate"...like Shoehi on the mound ballin out. Their wordplay and double/triple entendres is honestly beyond any pop groups not just Kpop. They are becoming wordsmiths lyricist. It's becoming special, Especially as they start writing their own bars. And this beat, has that Neptunes, Fat Joe, bass and beat drops with that Timbaland keys that come in. I encourage everyone to Bump it in your ride with no shame. ;)
