You do know you can get caught lacking anywhere right? You can get caught lacking doing anything right? Lacking means you get caught while not having a gun on you that’s what lacking means. If you have a gun and someone pulls up behind you and shoots you and you don’t see it and the police don’t report that you got killed with a gun in your pocket or on your hip they would say he got caught lacking cause they would think he got shot and killed without having a gun on him. Buddys clip didnt “fly out of his gun”😂 shows how much this guy knows, it was an extension added to a smaller mag used in vectors but since vector 40 round mags are 25 round extensions to a normal 15 round mag and when he fell he broke it off the mag and the spring launched the extension off the 15 round mag and spilt all the bullets on the ground you can literally see it
