Do you expect to win the Championship every year? LAC have Kawhi, PG and Harden and still haven't made a Final! Be proud of what they've done. Do you hate RJ and IQ too?

landry shamet experiencing the yuta watanabe effect. yuta look like an all star getting wide open shots and unguarded when he is on kevin durants team, but when he isnt, well he looks like the same ole yuta watanabe we saw in toronto.

seriously man landry stats didnt drop that much from phoenix suns, he was only getting like 8.7 pts compared to in washington of 7.1. its just when he didnt have durant and beal, and booker taking all the attention and he was guarded, landry shamet cant hit his shots as well cuz they not wide open without durant there so his 3 pt shooting fell from 37 percent with durant, to a true shooting of 33 percent without durant.

Only way I’m interested in Landry Shamet is if it looks like this: Bruce B + Chris B + 2026 & 29 second round picks = Kyle Kuzma +landry Shamet. That is the only way! We take on more $ and think Wash could sign Chris for less next year and flip Bruce at deadline. We get best player and think KK could play either forward position.

The chances of a big draft night deal, is rare, pick swaps are more common. If it's going to be a "big splash" then it would have come already (see the Knicks yesterday) or it will come after the draft is over. Doesn't mean it won't happen, but realistically it's less then 25% chance something big will happen tonight for the Raps. They made their "big deals" during last season, and now have their 4 core, and tonight will add to it - if another team really wants GTJ, or Brown, or Jak then a deal gets done, they're the only ones with trade'ability. But how many teams are lining up on draft night for those players?

Bronny is a fringe G League player with serious health concerns and wouldn't even be getting draft consideration if not for his daddy. Landry Shamet has been very injury prone the past two seasons playing in 40 and 46 games respectively. He missed the final 18 games of last season due to a calf injury.

Honestly dude with the value of players you get in the second round it wouldn’t hurt to take a chance on Bronny considering the upside he could have. It’s not like I’m saying trade up into the lottery to take him but a second round pick makes sense

I can see being disappointed. It's not like it will matter, though. Second round picks are like 7th rounders in the NHL/NFL.

Bronny James is not a real prospect. Tolzman said they are considering every prospect on their board. He can’t come out and give any real details of their draft night plans. Rich Paul is a salesman, Masai probably does love Bronny but doesn’t mean he’s a serious choice at 31.

As for bronny james, tolzman isnt talk ill of any draft pick, especially lebrons son. i doubt they draft bronny james because he simply doesnt deserve to be take in the 1st round or at the 31st pick with what he showed in his college career. bronny james at best is like 55th in 2nd round, and at worst if his dad wasnt lebron undrafted.

Masai drafted Scottie Barnes when literally no one else thought he was a top 4 pick. And Gradey is looking like he’ll be a very good pick. So the draft is a place to trust him.

@@michaelbrown4371Barnes wasn't the consensus 5 pick until the end of the combine. We touted his horn akk the way up to that and speculations of us maybe taking him partly rose his stock. Flynn looked the part of a 21ish pick, didnt pan out. Not like we drafting top 5 every year to acquire studs. Not sure what you expect when all he does is find good talent. If you want to say he squandered some trade timings and values of players.. sure. To say he bad at drafting is laughable

If you’re talking about Landry Shamet you don’t need to refer to him as “A Landry Shamet”. You are talking about the player himself and not the archetype. I noticed you did this when you said Bronny has the genetics of “A LeBron James” just say the genetics of LeBron, it’s not a hypothetical it’s his actual son. Alvin Williams does this too and it drives me nuts. You only need to use “A Steph Curry” or “A LeBron” when talking about them as comparables or archetypes not when you are literally talking about them.
