Nah, the pointsman was new to the job. You could clearly see she was struggling to understand how to fix the air brakes and to open and align the couplers to attach. These type of jobs are taught directly on the field, as the couplers are robust enough to withstand a few bashes, and it is not a theoretical job. You could see an experienced pointsman do the same job in less than 5 min, as they have the work experience to put the couplers together.

It wasn't tedious, the pointsman was new to the job, so she was fumbling in the coupler attachment. The process is very basic: 1. Lift the locking pin 2. Open up and align the coupler knuckles 3. Back into the open coupler till the coupler folds itself into the opposite knuckle and the pin locks into place. 4. Check that the pin dropped into place properly 5. Connect the hoses for the air brakes In fact, screw couplers are a much worse torture for the pointsman in comparison to CBC couplers. They have to do up the screw assembly in addition to the air hoses.

Should be dangerous without any proper training or learning with practical and theoretical knowledge. This is very hard work including life rics also in this type of job in railway for train setting work need special kind of attention during this performance with rolling stock and adjacent line for both of person male and female. Honorable and Respected senior subordinates to humble request please do not provide any female shunting Porter for this type of work if possible. thank you🙏🕉🙏

There are so many suitable jobs for ladies like booking clerks, res. Clerks, TC , no of categories for ladies. But some one should not prefer this type of out door jobs. I experienced such problems when they had to work at rly gates away from stations.. bolna asan hi.. karna mushkil hai.

औरत को नौकरी दे तो दिया। अब उसकी बस की है नहीं। वो सिर्फ झंडा दिखाने की ही लायक है। ऐसा hard काम औरतों की बस की है नहीं। इस वीडियो में यही दिख रहा है की औरत को दिया हुआ काम को इंजन का ड्राइवर को ही करना पड़ा। शर्म आनी चाहिए कि मर्दों के काम औरतों को देकर रेलवे को नाश कर रही है।
